Sir question in this yog nidra you say my heart is my guru.
I used to believe same and then had followed it and antar maun dyaan.
I feel what we call heart, mind is two - one is mind and another is intellect.
My observation is thoughts come from memory in intellect so thought is wirk of intellect.
And mind is just water showing shadows of these thoughts.
Then man ki suno , dil ki suno now these words don't make sense to me because mind ki toh koi boli hi nhi hai
Whats your say on this. Feel very confused lately because
Agar man is thought wala then iska toh kabhi khatam hi nhi hota aisa lagta hai yeh toh sambhog aisi vastu mein zyada rochi rakhta hai
Mein man ko control nhi karna chahti kyunki usko kiya hai koi fayida nhi thought ko control karna toh headache karwa deta hai aur rhought utna hi strong ho jata hai.
I have dare to ask because sex these are natural part of nature.
    Or
Agar man thoughts wala nhi pond yan water jaisa hai toh mein toh meditation ke baad ek question mein aa jati hun. If i am witness , then what should i do. I feel indecisive , blank in course of action this body to take
Bahut confused hun. Bur tryibg to sharing as it is what is my inner dialogue so that you the earlier observer could share your insights because as human we go through same.

It's common to feel confused about the mind and intellect in meditation. The intellect (buddhi) generates thoughts, while the mind (manas) reflects them, much like water reflecting shadows. "Listening to the heart" refers to tuning into deeper intuition rather than the chaotic thoughts of the mind. Meditation isn't about controlling thoughts but observing them without attachment. Being a witness means observing without identifying, which can lead to clarity but also a sense of indecision. This phase is natural as you move towards acting from deeper wisdom rather than habitual reactions.

The Self itself is the world; the Self itself is 'I'; the Self itself is God; all is Siva, the Self. Apart from thoughts, there is no such thing as mind. Therefore, thought is the nature of mind. The mind always exists only in dependence on something gross; it cannot stay alone.
