Thank you, for this classic Fireside. So many of us came to the Faith in Firesides explaining the 1844 connections, the historic events, and the hope for the future. Now is the time to celebrate the anniversaries within the Faith and invite friends to our home Firesides.
Wonderful - a combining of history, prophecy, spiritual concepts so beautifully expressed, describing the greater Covenant of God, Thank you. Stephen ader
Sorta. Joseph Smith and Ellen G White, as far as I know, didn't start a new religion. They considered themselves Christians. Similarly, Ahmad didn't start a new Manifestation, the believers consider themselves Muslims. And Christ and Muhammad, founders of Islam and Christianity, are considered Manifestations of God per Baha'i Scripture. Nevertheless, they are to be respected even if they are not considered Manifestations of God (and I don't know what exactly each one claimed to be) , it doesn't mean they weren't special in some sense or other.
first, I think that would be good to know what religion is all religions have their own messenger of God and their own Holy book. the Baha'is believe that all holy books are a chapter from one book all chapters are important eg. to understand chapter 9 you need to understand the chapters from 1-8.
@@MrAndrewGil Yes, they did start their own religions, they are quite different from what Christians have believed for 2000 years. Mormons believe they will become a god, and Ellen G White has a totally different gospel and doesn't understand covenant law.

And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
@@eritreawoldu4848 The word greater here means on a higher level. The Jehovah's Witnesses use this verse too because they don't believe Jesus is God. Jehovah's Witnesses believe Jesus was the Angel Michael. They believe in a different Jesus and a different God as warned in Galatians 1. Jesus calls himself God several times in the Book of John "Before Abraham was, I am." And, "I and the Father are one," and, "If you've seen me, you've seen the Father." I would encourage anyone to study fully the book of John in full context.

Wow thank you so much it was so powerful and beautiful and helpful.🙏
God is unknowable and incomprehensible to man and Knowledge is ever shut from our eyes ! But He is identical through
The gods of all these religions are quite different, they can't all be right, but they can all be wrong.
There is only one God. All of these religions began with Revelations from Him.
So how can you prove through reason and science that God is One?

Not all prophets. Not Joseph Smith, not Ellen G White, not Mirza Ghulam Ahmad...

Jesus was more than a Prophet, He is God in the flesh, The one and only true God!
Jesus said, “The Father is greater than I” John 14:28
Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. Luk 24:39
