Ingredients:
4 sausages
3 eggs
1 tbsp butter
2 slices of bread
1 tomato
1 ripe avocado (optional, if you love avocado)
2 slices of mozzarella
Ketchup or hot sauce
mustard
There is nothing better than Corn Salad as a side, trust me!
Ingredients:
2 cups corn kernels (4 to 6 ears)
1 tbsp butter
Season with salt, black pepper and chilli powder
1 ripe tomato
Feta cheese
Fresh mint leaves (Optional)
cilantro
2 tbsp Olive oil
Black pepper
Juice of half lime or lemon

700g / 1.4lb Pork Sausages, or other sausage
2 tsp Beef Tallow OR Oil
YORKSHIRE PUDDING BATTER:
4 large eggs / 1 cup egg
1 cup plain flour
3/4 cup / 180ml Milk
1/4 cup / 60ml water
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch White Pepper
2 tsp Beef Tallow OR Oil
ONION GRAVY:
1 tbsp beef tallow OR butter
1 onion
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp plain flour
2 cups / 520ml beef stock (broth)
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Season with salt and black pepper

Ingredients:
3 cups (720ml) whole milk
1 clove garlic
4 large eggs
5 stale croissants, halved lengthwise
5 thin slices of ham
1 ball of fresh mozzarella
8 ounces/220g Gruyere cheese or Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Season with salt and black pepper
