    안녕하세요 오늘은 우유떡을 만들어 봤습니다.
    요즘 sns에서 굉장히 핫한 우유떡..!
    우유를 넣고 찹쌀반죽을 만들면 향이 굉장히 고소해서
    일반 찹쌀떡보다 더 부드럽고 맛있더라구요
    여기에 코코아 파우더나 꿀을 뿌려서 먹으면 맛이 두배..
    또 얼린 가나슈를 찹쌀반죽에 감싸서 만들어 먹으면 더 맛있을거에요
    조만간 레시피 올리도록 하겠습니다👍

    이거 제가 오늘 만들어 봤는데 와..진짜진짜 맛있더라구요! 가족들도 모두모두 맛있다구 하시고 완전완전 고소했어요ㅠ 이렇게 좋은 레시피 감사해용!!서담님 처럼 집에있던 올리고당이랑 먹으니 아주 달달하고 진짜 맛있었어요!!진짜 이 레시피는 강추입니다!꼭 만들어 보시길(게다가 노오븐 이라니이이)

      저.. 질문이 있는데요!! 마지막에 기름 손에 발라서 동글동글하게 빚으면 표면에 약간 윤기가 흐르는데 그 후에 전분가루 다시 뿌려주는 건가요?? 영상에서는 바로 다음 장면에 2:44 떡 겉에가 약간 전분가루가 묻어있더라구요ㅠㅠ ㄲㄲ님은 어떻게 하셨나요오..??

      @@물결-e5q 전분가루를 살짝 뿌려주지 않으면 살짝 찐득찐득한 느낌이 있더라구요ㅠ전 떡 위에 조금뿌려주고 손가락 으로 털어냈어요!

      감자전분 옥수수수전분 상관없더라구용!

    가루 다 섞고 우유 넣기
    랩 씌워서 2분 돌리고 제대로 섞기
    다시 2분 돌리기 주걱으로 1~2분 치대기
    전자레인지 2분 또 돌리기 똑같이 1~2분 치대기(윤기와 탄력이 생길때까지)
    전분을 바닥에 얇게 뿌리고 반죽을 올린뒤 윗면에서 전분 얇게 뿌리기
    원하는 크기로 자르기
    손에 기름을 묻히고 소분한 반죽을 동그랗게 만들기
    플레이팅하면 완성

    습식 찹쌀가루 140g
    우유114g(반정도 줄임)
    설탕 15g(덜 달게 먹고싶고 우유 양 줄어서 반 정도 줄임)
    소금 1/2작은술(약 2.5g)
    고구마 전분
    약 225g정도 나왔습니다(20g×12개)

      No, you definitely need to have rice flour to make rice cakes (mochi). If you live in the states, try to find the box labeled “Mochiko” at your local Kroger:)
