Whoever designed this house must have been sipping on that yak or had a joint in his hand. This house design is weird. They need to erase the house and build it again. 🙄
With all due respect - who designed this layout. A double staircase going to an open room, a bathroom opening into an unknown open space, and the hall bathroom opens up to the great-room and kitchen. Otherwise the house is okay.
I lived in the South for almost 30 years. It was bad enough in the 70s and 80s. Not that the North is so much better, but you couldn't pay me to live in the South, today--especially Atlanta!
Good day , I'm in California thinking about moving to Georgia. May I ask what you didn't like about the south. I'm not considering Atlanta but thinking about Marietta , Sandy Spring or Mc Donough
The entryway is super tight.... I had to edit my comment. This house is horrible. I thought just the entry was gonna be the only problem. What are the two rooms off the powder room? They seem to serve no purpose and I guess that's supposed to be a loft up the stairs in the living room? Who designed this house? They should be ashamed.

Get rid of the stairs that lead to nothing. That’s ridiculous. No real foyer. Bedrooms are oddly shaped. Just my opinion. Not worth 619k

Marietta is overrated and over priced.
