Recipe! 📌
Cabbage.
Turn on subtitles to find out more!
Carrot.
Mushrooms or other mushrooms.
Garlic.
green onion.
Ginger.
red hot pepper.
3 chicken eggs.
Salt.
Milk 20 ml.
All ingredients are prepared.
Butter 15 grams.
prepare an omelette.
Olive oil.
Fry for 3 minutes.
Cover and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add cabbage and fry for another 4 minutes.
Soy sauce 80 ml.
Sesame 20 grams.
Omelette.

Die Rezepte find ich ja gut aber es nervt solange zu schauen zu müssen wie man Gemüse schnippelt; das könnte man abkürzen damit es nicht langweilig wird und man weg klickt.

Everything I love in that stir fry
The generous amount of cabbage n carrots both of which are flavourful alone together with ginger, chili togethet with 3 eggs fried in butter will provide ample flavouring without any soya sauce . 80 ml of it is way too much n salty too.
The chopped spring onion should be added last after turning off the flame to infuse its spicy flavour into the mix n remains fresh n unwilted still.
Calories can be cut further using olive oil instead of butter though latter would enhance flavour.

Writing "I eat it every day and lost 5 kg" on every recipe is ridiculous. If you took it seriously, you wouldn't be there for a long time because you would have already lost 70kg.

The combination is very good. However, you have put too much soya sauce. The whole dish will become very salty. I think it shouldn't be more than 30ml.

pilze brät man nicht in öl. einfach ohne öl in der pfanne anbraten bis sie durch sind, danach erst öl dazu gehen und den rest rein. dann werden die pilze auch nicht wabbelig.

Eating more phytonutrients are healthy with fair protein.. i hv been eating more colourful veges and fruits n fair protein i lost 8 kgs in a year n exercise for 30 mins each day at least 4 times a week on threadmill each time for at least 2-3 km is good enough .🙏🤣
