Ill be frank sf6 if yòure top 10 you are top tier because everyone in top 10 uses the system mechanics really well while bottom 10 dont use them worth a crap and dont work in the game so if you using Ken,JP,Luke,Guile,DeeJay,Juri,Blanka,Marissa,Chun Li, youre gold.
