this updated video has been on my recommended list for days and i just realized it was a critter situation, watched it, had flashbacks. Agreed it is way too accurate. Like matt saw this video and was like "you know what would be good"
This is, uncomedically and unironically, how this fight felt. It felt like Matt playing with his new toy, while everyone else watched. I don't often feel like fights are genuinely unfair in Critical Role. Usually, Matt is really good at balance. Even his in-universe unfair fights usually feel at least earned to a degree. But this just felt like a blindsiding slaughter with little to no warning.
I'm laughing and crying because of how accurate this was 😭
I've been struggling to explain to my non-critter friends why this fight hurt so bad, and I think this is what will finally get them to understand
Otohan is a fucking BEAST.
Imogen's Command + Laudna's Silvery Barbs are gonna carve through this woman's Legendary Resistances like butter.
Exactly how it happened in episode 91 too
33 , 51 , 91 Otohan used to keeping the highest level of being badass
