- 3 month renovation of our Phuket condo overlooking the sea! Take a tour of our 3 bed 3 bath condo in the Cape Panwa area of Phuket, Thailand. We spent 3 months renovating this condo before moving in. The before and after comparisons are amazing!

Your condo is fantastic. Great job on the remodeling, and the view from the terrace is amazing.
We have to pinch ourselves sometimes and appreciate it.
Thumbs up 👍
Awesome, thx for sharing!
Wow - looks amazing! All the fixtures and furniture are very stylish - you should be proud!
Thanks. Not much artwork on the walls yet but it’s home.
Nice!
Thanks!
Love everything! How do you like the area you are living in? What would a rental in this building be for something like yours per month?
We’re happy with Panwa, it’s outside the tourist areas but close enough to Phuket Town, restaurants, shopping, etc. but quiet. 2 bedroom units here are renting for 40-50,000 baht a month and 3 bedrooms are asking 75,000. These units are big compared to most condos here (unless they’re luxury). We’ve seen studio apartments on the west coast (tourist side) rent for 20-25,000 a month and they’re tiny. Price here fluctuates greatly depending on size and location (mostly location). Try searching FazWaz online, will give you better ideas of rents prices all over the island.
I didn't even know that condo committee there is active The place looks very rundown... The Commons looks very rundown.
Bel Air Panwa has come a long way in the past year. At least 12 units have been purchased and renovated (plus back dues paid) so lots of work going on in the common areas.
So he has around 200k American dollars in it wow I guess when they say the view is everything I think they was talking about this one right here in my opinion like he mentioned it seem way over priced
Where are you based in Thailand?
