Really nice job, like the detail and scale speed... Thanks for the effort
Very cool
Just found your channel. Really great stuff here! I love the attention to detail. Thanks so much for sharing,
Ethan
Great layout ,great song.
Great layout and video. Thanks for posting. Enjoyed!!!
Great layout. Look forward to seeing more of it.
Very nice looking as the prototype.I used to live down that way.Miss and like the Palm trees.
very nice. I have several ideas for shelf layouts. being a south Floridian I really like your attention to detail.
Thanks Doug. Your comments are much appreciated
GENIO¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ GREAT JOB
Awesome! love to see the use of plastic pellet hoppers on layouts.
Thanks. The Publix and Sun Sentinel warehouses were kit-bashed from 1 Walthers 'Magic Pan Bakeries' kit. The others were scratchbuilt from styrene
Thanks
Well done! Great detail!
Thanks. I used static grass applied with a Noch Grassmaster and then added some grass tufts.
Well done!
Great again Mal. Mike
Gracias / Thank you!
The GP40-2 is Atlas and the MP15AC is Athearn Genesis
Nice vid and a very nice layout, as well. You've captured the details and look of that area exceptionally well, especially in such a shallow space. Is the track plan based upon the old "Timesaver" plan published eons ago perhaps? I'd have to look it up to refresh my memory... Very impressed, for I was actually hunting for pics/vid of one of CSX's AC44CW's when I came across this. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks guys, your comments are appreciated
how did you do the grass? it looks really good.
Great layout!. Are the warehouses scratchbuilt?. Want to scratchbuild a warehouse for my layout and need some hints and tips.
keep up the hard work and I following my dream of being a csx engineer
Who was the manufacture for your two CSX locos?
Do you use any railroad signal on your layout?
Nice. Very neat layout. (Had my toes tappin' too at the start!) Be interested to know how you got that grass effect (around 1:33) - I assume it's 'proper' static grass layered?
Thanks. Yes, I used layers of static grass and added some grass tufts to create a natural, uneven look.
How did you do your background? It looks great, adds depth really nicely!
The background in the still pics was done in Photoshop
looks beautiful, but just a strange sort of question to ask is where you got the weeds/grass by the tracks. I just want to say that this video is very realistic and well done such as the engine speed and scenery. Also just wondering where you got the freight cars. I am definitely subscribing and liking.
+littlepiggy Thanks. I used staitic grass and grass tufts from Silflor/Mininatur. The freight cars are mainly Atlas and Athearn RTR
thank you!
The layout measures 9 ft x 15 ins
Thanks. The layout is similar to a timesaver plan. The loco plus 3 cars are staged on the lead track at the right hand end of the layout, train pulls into the siding and loco proceeds to switch out cars then returns with 3 new cars to the staging track
Thanks
