The hell breaks loose on the Magnificent Century!
As Hatice is determined to kill Hurrem, Suleiman keeps her responsible about the incident. Everyone feels sorry for what it's decided about Hatice. It's attempted to assassinate Suleiman as he prepares for the campaign. As Malkocoglu prevented this, he takes upon a new duty.
Prince Mustafa learns that he won't be taking part in the campaign. Mustafa gets really upset about this and verges upon making a vital decision.
Suleiman sets off for the campaign. The message Hurrem receives during Suleiman's absence turns everything upside down in the palace.
Diana who Hatice has sent to the palace to kill Hurrem fails. However, she regains Hurrem's appreciation. Hurrem tells everything to Suleiman without losing time. Suleiman lears that Hatice has a finger in the incident and makes a decision about her.
A knight arrives in Istanbul and attempts to assassinate Suleiman with the Pope's order. Malkocoglu saves Suleiman just in time. Suleiman charges him on another duty. While some don't like it, Mihrimah gets really pleased about it.
In Manisa, Prince Mustafa receives the message that he won't take part in the campaign. Mustafa gets disappointed and thinks that Hurrem has a finger in it. Sultana Hatice pushes Prince Mustafa for him to take an action.
When Suleiman goes to Italy Campaign with his princes Mehmet and Selim, Hurrem is left alone in the palace. She takes security measures but she gets hit by someone she didn't expect. She gets terrified by a message she receives in the palace.
How did Hurrem survive the attack? What is the decision about Hatice? What is the message terrifies Hurrem? What will Mustafa do since who isn't taken to the campaign?
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

Mustafa was so quick to blame Hurrem, but it was to protect him from assassination. In every religion pride always is an issue. They blame Hurrem but Hatice Malidveran was the blame for Mustafas demise.😢😢
Mustafa already went on a campaign and is governing a province. His younger brothers still need battle experience. He told Mehmet to be patient about going to a province, yet he's throwing a tantrum when the Sultan wants him to stay out of this campaign and can't think that he has any other reason than Hurrem said so. And of course, his dumb mother and auntie are there to fuel the flames.

The most evil of her children, it was Selim, and the most stupid was Mihrimah because she was part of Mustafa death when she stole his seal

Wasn't it always like this? Not only with Hatice. Valide Sultan got away with everything and what about Mahidevran? She beat Hurrem up, sent poison to the Sultans table and almost killed Hurrem and her unborn son. None of them ever had to bear consequenzes. But the sheer assumption of being involved with something, without proof, Hurrem got punished over and over.

Suleiman never consulted hurrem about the campaign. The decision regarding leaving mustafa behind was because of him questioning Ibrahim execution. He wanted to teach him a lesson. Too bad mustafa fell for the stupid traps. He should've apologised and sorted things out rather than turning against the sultan.

It was a really bad idea to send Hatice to Manisa! That's where she met, and fell in love with Ibrahim! Every path in the gardens, every room would hold memories of him, her longing for him! One thing I like about this character of Hurrem -- she never sulks nor throws bs tantrums like Hatice et al. She gets in full rage, yes ( I still think she is a lioness re the stars ; ) but not the manipulative immature sulkiing ( Hatice is a Pisces gone wrong, I'd say, Matrakci Aquarius, Sultan Libra, Shah sister scorpio, and so on ; )

He is doing everything, his daily works . He is attending councils , he is spending time with his family, talking to everyone. Trying to look like he is normal.Acting like nothing happened. But you can tell how his facial expressions are empty. It's like he is there but his mind is somewhere else. Hats off to the actor.

Omg this show should be called blame it on Hurrem!!!! Aren't they tired of shouting Hurrem when something goes wrong. I mean Ibrahim hung himself and so did every other character the Sultan executed even Mustafa. People like to say the Sultan was influenced by Hurrem when in reality her warned Ibrahim and Mustafa many time not to over step and they both did countless times. I learned from watching this show "if you want to keep you head/life never cast doubt" once Sulieman doubts you loyalty he will never trust you. And that's something Hurrem never did, she never saw anyone else on the throne other than Sultan Suleiman Khan. Ibrahim, Mahidevran, Valide, Hatice, Gulfem, Sah & Fatma all knew what would happen to the other Princes and insisted on supporting one instead of seeing who will grow up to be the most worthy. This goes against traditions especially when the Sultan chooses his successor not the order of birth. No one other than Hurrem and Mihrimah were loyal subjects in this Dynasty according to the show.
It is gratifying to see Hurrem get what she has been dishing out to everyone else. Unfortunately, Hatice is not as successful at being evil as Hurrem is able to be.
How could Hurrem not see that Fariye was lying? Afife Hatun said that she didnt know the girl personally, but Fariye said that Afife Hatun brought her over from the Old Palace. And how hard would it be to ask people at the Old Palace to verify uer story?

Hatiçe is the most psychic and irritating character among all. I thought Gülfem is smart but turns out she's blinded by Hatiçe, she has no rivalry with Hürrem still gets involved in all these treacherous plans. She can think a bit to understand who is actually wrong.
It's impossible to pick a side now, amazing show! The Sultan could've taken Ibrahims' titles & power, he didn't have to kill him, he'll never get over it. Besides, it's partly his fault to give so much power to one person, everyone will take to this differently, he should've known better, Ibrahim wasn't born or raised to be a king, he was a simple man and so much can drive anyone to greed and arrogance. I think the final straw was the letter and what Ibrahim said about the lion and the stick was hinting towards his relationship with Prince Mustafa and the future of the kingdom. Hence, the Sultan had him killed.
He knew that Ibrahim would be a big problem and may challenge the throne using Mustafa - the trust was lost.
