Honestly, I definitely don't think you did personal research on these. I mean, you researched how these apps work and stuff but trust me, I have tried a lot of these apps and they are bad news. It's not even that I couldn't find friends, there were just so many weird/creepy people, people looking for hookups, or the app glitches out so much that it doesn't work (Meet Me, Hey!Vina, and Omegle I know fall under these categories). I appreciate the fact that you are trying to help other teenagers out but please try whatever you are about to share first. I'm not trying to be rude in the least, I just don't want your probably very young audience to try these apps and get discouraged or possibly get put in an uncomfortable situation. I had 5 intergenerational opposite gender best friends growing up..when i was 22, i was in a relationship with one of them till i found someone to marry.. it was the best times of my life.. i have since moved to another state, my "girlfriend" moved to alaska on me and i still dont have a s.o. i never hung out with all five at once.. just seperatly.. i want to find some new intergenerational best friends since all my others past on in life..the youngest was 65 or so when our friendship began..

I have one good friend but she has a boyfriend now and lives with him so we don’t hangout much anymore and my other old “friends” were just girls i would talk to in high school and socialize with, but they weren’t like loyal friends so after graduation we grew apart many moved away and some have kids now.
