Here are the ingredients used:
2 1/2 small tea cups of regular rice
1 tin of coconut milk (equivalent to 2 cups)
1 glass water (equivalent to 1 1/2 cups )
2 tablespoons of beta pack curry
Salt ( to taste)
2 tbs oil or butter (too much butter = soft rice)
Chopped bell peppers
Scotch bonnet for extra flavor
Escallion
Thyme

Thank you for sharing your recipe with us and taking the time to show us step by step. Looks delicious. I have had this type of rice before, but never made it as of yet. That's about to change :D It's very difficult to locate those Scotch Bonnet peppers where I am, BUT I do have scotch bonnet sauce in a bottle. Would that work well ? and what amount would you suggest? I don't mind *hot* rice, but I know bonnet is a very hot pepper lol
