Shoji truly is the dark horse of MHA. Starting around the time they moved into the dorms, I started to wonder about him, since Mineta made the comment about guys like him always hiding something, and then they teased his arc a little more in Heroes Rising. But damn, did Horikoshi deliver! He's always been a master of making you care about a character in two seconds flat. Shoji has quickly become a star in the eyes of many, including myself. What a beautiful and emotional story, full of nuance and real-world significance. A masterpiece.
Wait Ian Sinclair voices Shoji holy shit but it's no wonder I didn't recognize him Shoji is such a back round character and doesn't get chances to shine which is a damn shame Ian Sinclair is talented as Hell but at least he gets to flex that talent as Shoji takes center stage for these 2 episodes also Koda gets to shine too which is great because Greg Ayres is really talented too.
