You witnessed a very rare phenomenon! Seasonal door migration, if they find the place enjoyable, they might even settle in for mating, and in a few months, you will see flocks of baby trapdoors!
Thank you! It’s definitely an art form to compress 3 hours of footage and 5 hours of gameplay into a 30 minute video. Continuous improvement is my motto
Congrats on the bloomery and your first wrought iron! :3 Watching you perform the blacksmithing minigame is interesting and makes me really want to give it a shot haha
Would love to see a pro blacksmithing guide! 😄I haven't reached that far into my world so I haven't a clue what's going on there, but it looks fun and complicated!
Not sure if you know this or not but you can mine ores with a hammer (even a stone one) and it’ll have a chance to drop two ores. Also the ores you get from the hammer can be crushed and then dropped in water to improve how much you get from it. I fully hammered copper ore gets you about an Ingot. Love the content!
You can easly automate the process of getting iron ingots with create mod. Its not realy faster by any means but its better than doing it your self and wasting time.
I need help, can you tell us how to make leather. I tried soaking them in water to prepare them but nothing. Tried scraping and it doesn’t work. Help please. I can not find any resource to help me.
Hey! You can use the TFC field guide online or the one in your inventory screen and look for “Leather Making”. Dragonium did all that so I actually have no clue how to do it yet. terrafirmacraft.github.io/Field-Guide/en_us/mechanics/leather_making.html
Google isn’t too much help unfortunately just because of how much TFC has changed through the years and how niche TFG is. That TFC Field Guide is the best resource for an overview. If you’re having an issue that can’t be solved by reading the guide then the TFC or TFG discord servers can help!
Been a fantastic series so far! Made me dive back into trying out TFG again. I must ask, how did you get TFC's flowing river water to use the water shader? Is it part of a Discord-exclusive dev build of Complementary?
Not at all! It actually requires some messing around in the block.properties file of the shaders. gist.github.com/Joe-org/47d0c9d75f8004ac20ce91555e4e5333

Oh dear god… I had no clue they were getting ready to mate, I might have to cull the herd before it gets out of hand.
I want you to know. I understand how hard it is to make videos that are interesting and enjoyable. But I am here for the ride. You are doing great.

It’s…. Okay… like a mini game that is required, sufficiently annoying, and decently overplayed.

Thanks for the tip, we keep forgetting to do it but I think it’ll be how we end up getting redstone!
the stardew valley ost fits very well ty for this playthrough
Now that you are bye the water try throwing hot tools in the water to cool them off
Nevermind
Hahaha yes! I made 16 barrels of water (it was cut out of the video) so we could bring the lake to us!
I would have watched this sooner but i slept in, thanks for another amazing episode!!
Inexcusable :P
18:27 finally questbook comback
As soon as it comes back it makes an immediate disappearance I'm afraid :P We seem to be averse to utilizing it.
Im back and ready for more
That’s the best state of being
That loom animation was flawless
Always!
So. Much. Smithing!!!
Exactly the proper amount ;)
Would love a blacksmithing guide, as it makes my brain hurt, and I have yet to even make a proper anvil >>
On it! o7

Is that with using Bulk Smelting? Or is there another create process we could use which doesn’t require a metal bucket?
@@Flurben deployers with hamers on 4 block conveyer belts, with wind or water wheels as power, i belive you dont even need to heat them
Nice! I’ll have to build that in the test world

What is that GUI in bronze anvil? Another mod orr?
That’s from the Perfected Anvil Helper resource pack. I made a video all about how to use it.

what Resource pack are you using?
Just the standard that comes with the pack. For smithing I added the Perfected Anvil Helper resource pack.
