On our pick- up, the plant did not wrap over the auger. I think they have the auger going the wrong way, our grain went under auger, we made money by saving as much grain kernnel as we could.
I did this in ND, but I operate a Gleaner and the grain was picked up and ran into the inclose housing before it was thrashed. Lost vary little grain. Picked Germ Wheat, Oats and Flax. Fun days. Easiest job I ever had.

Not right. The fingers in the front auger are too advanced and need to be retarded so the swathed material doesn’t wrap around it. The grain will be all shelled out before it even gets into the cylinder . Operator inexperience at its best!
@@Schlepperfahrer257 XD Sags doch gleich. Diese Swath Up (so nennt Claas den Vorsatz) geht mit dem Material viel schonender um, um die Samen/ das Korn nicht vorher zu verlieren. Wird vorwiegend für die Grassamenproduktion verwendet
@@Schlepperfahrer257 Ja genau. Für die Grassamen Ernte ist es gängig den Bestand erst zu mähen, ein paar Tage trocknen, dann eben mit diesem Swath up die Ernte einholen. Die Vorsätze sind in der Regel breiter als normale PickUps, weil ich solche Bestände ja nicht mit herkömmlichen Schwadern bearbeiten kann. Also entweder ein Schwadmäher, also quasi ein Schneidwerk fürn Traktor, oder eben breites Swath Up. Bringt den Vorteil gegenüber der "normalen" Methode, also wie beim Weizendreschen, dass der Bestand früher geerntet werden kann und sogar bessere Qualitäten erziehlt.

WAY to much rpm in that auger, we use to slow down with a new bigger gear in others header
all you canola or whatever your harvesting would be shelled out by the time it hits the thrasher. You can fix your problem by getting a John deere
