    "I can see how my life can be sad" LMAOOOOOO!!!!! I love my School nurse. job. Holidays off, summers off. Band aids and ice packs are my rough days. Dont think I could go back to a normal nursing job. I love myself way too much to put myself through that stress.

      I decided to take this job to have a better work life balance and to reduce my anxiety when working. We will see how I like it but so far since I have been there awhile, I am enjoying it so far. I am glad you found your work life balance. You are right, "I love myself way too much to put myself through that stress". Thank you for continuous support!

    I've only been outpatient for 3 months and am going back to the hospital! Med Surg again. I should probably just hit myself in the head with a rock but I miss the work. I feel nuts but I'm going back. I'll probably regret it during holidays. Just can't seem to have it all.

    Do you think you will be rusty if you jump back into a hospital medsurg role? Or is what you're currently doing similar enough that it wouldn't be a big deal?

      I think we will definitely be a little rusty, but after a few days I think those skills will be right back!

    Ladies, how about retirement? Do you guys contribute to a 401k or 403b?

    • @AngNatNursesinNYC
      @AngNatNursesinNYC  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      When we worked for Mount Sinai we did contribute to our 403b accounts, but once we decided to do traveling you have the option to do a Roth IRA or placing your money in a high yield savings account. Ang and I pretty much placed our earning in a high yield savings account. Thank you for the support!
