I think maybe it's a loose connection. Try removing the disk and put it in again or at another slot.

I dont usually comment but I've been trying all day without any results. I checked my hard disk and it passed the test, I enabled the legacy support with the other option disabled.. But they say they tell me to install an operating system and that there are no bootdevice found.. I was workng with windows this morning, came after recharging my PC and the start up loop happenned. It's just weird
No system configuration here. But i did a factory reset and it worked thank you 🙏🏻

None of these options worked for me. I was running Ubuntu on my SSD and then I plugged in another SSD and installed Ubuntu on that as well because SSD #1 was running low on storage space.
I plugged in the old SSD again after 1 year because I needed a file from there and got 3F0 error. It would not boot back into my old Ubuntu OS.
I plugged in new SSD again to just go back to my system and it is now giving me the same 3F0 error on both SSDs.
I turned on legacy support and still same problem. I reset BIOS to factory default and still same problem. I did a hard drive check and both passed.
Any ideas what I can try next? I have 250gb of photos and files that I don’t want to lose. Thanks.

Mine don't work a thing called system Diagnositic comes when i tap esc and

F1 system information f2 start-up test f3 run in test
F4 hard disk test and last esc exit what to do
If i replace my hardisk can data will be remove and its shows no hard drive intalled please check that the power and data cable are connected properly.What should i do?
try to reconnect your HDD if HDD is not showing in BIOS,, if it’s still not showing in BIOS that means issue with your HDD
after you do it, will it go to preparing automatic repair?

Great Videos! Hoping you could help, I have a coworkers HP 840 G3, installed a new crucial mx500 2.5 SSD & TeamGroup MS30 SSD for M.2. Ran hardware diagnostic (F2) and both passed. Checked the time and it was incorrect which I fixed but still getting 3F0 boot device not found error. When I try to install windows 10 it isn't showing the hard drives. I also tried restoring BIOS defaults with no luck. About to throw this thing in the trash lol. Also I cannot select legacy boot order at all. I rearranged the UEFI Boot order to USB, SATA 0, SATA 2 and still no luck but me not being able to select the legacy boot order is raising my antennas since I have seen many forums mention this. Any help would be great and keep up the good work!
Quick update and I found my problem which was beyond simple. My jump drive containing my windows install was no bueno. Tried another thumb drive and everything works as intended smh. I also figured out how to select legacy but ultimately it was a insufficient thumb drive

open up your computer and check if the cables are connected or damaged or if you don’t have time to open it up send it to service
My windows 11 says that hard drive Not installed And it has to boot device Not found 3F0 problem Even I put on legacy support doesn't work stays the same

It worked for me, but there was a final last step that it asked me- enter passcode...i just followede what it wrote there on my screen, my laptop is working again. I wonder when the same issue will happen again
I followed the steps and nothing works. When I perform the hard drive check it ends and goes back to the pc diagnostics screen with no results of the check.
