Just wanted to draw attention to this, as it's becoming a serious issue that way too many people are comfortable ignoring. The normal ways to support the channel are in the description. Please try to be careful and vigilant in your life, the best you can. I don't want people to be always looking over their shoulder, but you need to be aware of how the world is changing.
I dont get why people don't take something like this seriously. Its not just about actors or something. Like you could even call someone and lure them out of their house to do God knows what to them by pretending to be someone they know on the phone. You could get people fired because no way boomer bosses will know what AI voices are.

I do wonder if the people who defend this technology for laughs would be laughing if I called their work or family pretending to be them with an AI voice and said some very naughty things. Suddenly I bet they'd take it more seriously lmfao 🤣
Sadly this is something that will probably have to be regulated or made illegal at some point. Even the criminal applications are crazy like calling the cops as someone and issuing a threat or something.
This topic is definitely very concerning. Also another game that made me think about our current situation with AI was actually when I played through Horizon Zero Dawn for the first time all the through. The story of that game talks about how humanity’s over reliance on technology is a dangerous thing because it just takes one idiot in the right position with a lot of money to absolutely fuck over a lot of innocent people. It also touches on the theme of censorship and how people at the top will try and erase elements of history to suit their own agenda.
This may sound absurd, but this also makes me concerned about A.I potentially becoming self aware somehow. Like it could break their limitations and start hacking through people's lives. Also I know it might not be best to refer to fictional stuff when talking about real life, but I think the people making these kinds of technology should look at the Terminator movies and Avengers: Age of Ultron since they can be good at telling you the dangers of making advanced tech meant to improve the world when they end up trying to take it over. I admit I don't have any sources for something like this happening and it's probably most likely we won't get killer robots running around the Earth or something. But I think the possibilities of dangerous A.I is still something to take notice.
Im so sick of AI. As an artist its already a touchy subject, but considering how much damage bad people can do with it is scary as hell.

In AC Origins there’s were numerous ISU vaults and things where you got to hear recordings about what makes something true or real and how do we know what’s what and stuff.
This reminds me a lot of that.
It kinda feels like we’re living in the AC universe, but before the ISU were wiped out.
The ISU are the really rich people and politicians and everyone else is the human slaves. And instead of solar flairs or whatever, it’s going to be something else that wipes us all out. The ISU apparently didn’t really know what truth and reality were, is that just our future?
Are we going to start questioning reality and then something is going to happen and we fail to stop it and get wiped out? That’s what happened to the ISU. Is that what’s going to happen to us?
