Shadow otaku452 But if Link Summon this in a Main Monster Zone, you already have a Link Monster with a bottom left/right arrow, and probably the other one as well.
you can extra link pretty easily with it if you find a way to negate its effects (forbidden chalice, impermanence, etc) at least. im tempted to try it out
Since it's in brackets it probably isn't classed as an effect, so can't be negated. Like how quick-draw synchron can only be used for specific synchros, even if it's effects are negated.
You can't, how do you place a monster in the second Extra Zone ? Or you'd have to do an extra link , then reduce it by link summoning it, I don't see the point really.
Hey that card could work in a lair of darkness exdeck (if you're playing a lot of dragons) due to the fact that you can tribute your opponent's monster (possibly the one you're about to negate) and negate the monster's effect)
but this card doesnt point down so how are you summoning this and ojama knight this needs dragons ojama knight needs ojamas and even if you do all the hoops and herds call it olimpics what do you get? *uh uh uh Nothing thats right*
Matthew Stephens the first monster your opponent summons into its zones blows up. And not too many decks can summon multiple times a turn if their engine starter blows up. Preventing your opponent from keeping a monster on field.
Shadow otaku452 four card combo. Activate scapegoats, make borreload, use instant Fusion for knight, have knight die, summon a dragon make this dumb thing use monster reborn for knight. Then get kicked out of the tournament for deck cutting.
If you summon this into that middle MMZ and you occupy the other EMZ, they only have 1 zone still and you can at least temporarily keep that zone clear with the destruction effect.
If it said nobody could special summon from the extra deck to the zones it points to, I think it'd be pretty balanced. That way it doesn't lock out either player's hand/deck plays, you still can't extra link with it, and it makes a half-decent floodgate.
Tbh it wouldn't even be busted :\ If you had this GARBAJ in the Extra Monster Zone you're pretty much forfeiting the chance to co-link any extra deck monsters on your side of the field because these arrows only point upward. Playing this trash literally just gives your opponent all the zones they need because you only pop one of their monsters once per turn, meaning after that effect goes they get essentially 3 spaces to work with, and then can get rid of that dragon so it doesn't pop again. They end up with possibly 4 extra deck monsters and you end up with trash. _You might as well just summon Ojama King_
I first misread that the opponent was the one that couldn't summon and was super hype. Then I reread and now I am disappointed. This had such nice art and now it's just....I don't even know. Pointless is to lenient a word.
Flash Charge Dragon + Lair of Darkness + Ground Collapse. Throw in some back row hate like Anti-Spell Fragrance to give Lair of Darkness some protection.
Only possible use i can think of is make it in their zone, grinder golem or summon sorceress or... something (manequin cat ???) into one of those zones to pop something else, then immediately link it away again. Bad, but not completely useless.
It was just 5 seconds after I first saw its link arrow (without reading eff), I thought extra link with 2 Borreload and Flash Charge. I was glad and extremely disappointed at the same time afterwards.
Summon something like link spider, then go into this below link spider, then use / get rid of link spider and special in the other extra monster zone. Forces your opponent to burn resources to summon into the (at this point) one zone this points to only for it to get destroyed without targeting (e.g. blow up clear wing from wind witch spam before it gets to crystal wing). I'm not saying this is a great card, but I definitely see it's potential. Destroys something that it points to and negates an effect that targets it.
I feel like this might be best-used by sticking it directly in front of an Extra Monster Zone and then making something in the other Extra Monster Zone. That said, that requires a bit of gymnastics to pull off (make him, get rid of him [use as Link Material?], revive him with another card's effect), so it's just a goofy idea rather than a useful tactic.
Yeah, the only way having arrows point to only your opponents zones is if it's like gravity bind or a level limit area B or a skill drain or insert negative slowdown effect from the good old days here. It can work but konami lacks the proper mindset to make it work. They keep trying to make cards with one playstyle in mind as opposed to several or at the very least two contradictory playstyles.
Maybe if you place it in a zone pointing to your opponent’s main monster zone, and you take up the other one, it becomes a walking bottomless that inflicts damage on extra summon, but that would be way to much work for the only good application of this card.
The best thing I see this card working in is burn decks. With maybe topologic bomber Dragon splashed in, or something. And chain burn would be better btw if chain strike was @ 3 again!😒
I like this card in a control felgrand variant of dragons. It gives an easy way to link off felgrand arkbrave and possibly a "floating" dragon so you don't pay as much linking for it. There are much better cards but still interesting to see dragon support.
If it made it so your opponent also couldn't summon to the zones it points to, it'd actually be kind of alright. Or if it negated summons or if it wasn't at all what it is now...
If you made it so one of it's link arrows pointed to the other Extra Monster zone, then you could sorta lock your opponent out of the extra deck as long as they don't summon something like Beelze
i think i get it link summon something with an arrow in the bottom corner, put tihs in the center main momster zone. then any time your opponent tries to summon out the extra deck the monster is destroyed and the get burned
Ick. Would be nice if the second effect read something like this: "If your opponent Summons a monster(s) to a zone(s) this card points to: You can destroy that monster(s), and if you do, inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each of those destroyed monsters." But alas, it only destroys 1 monster at a time, and only once per turn. Therefore it's ass.
Since it's in brackets it's probably an inherent effect that can't be negated, like how summoned skull is always an archfiend. Though I could be wrong.
Am I the only one who thinks that if you get it in the middle Main Monster Zone, you can disrupt opoonents Extra plays by destroying the first/ any other essential monster summoned from the extra deck. But i would lock you out of the extra deck too if the link setup for zones beside the Extra and the middle Main monster zone didn't happen and the opponent could use both extra zones after baiting the effect once.
Drop this card in your middle main monster zone and now every time your opponent tries to use their extra monster zone, you can pop their summon and deal 500 Being a link 3 is brutal but it's not going to be useless
How to fix the card: 1)Take away all effects but the first 2) Make it so that neither player can place monsters in its zones It would still be hot garbage, but it would have a reason to exist at least
It wouldn't be too bad if you had it,in a main monster zone and had your link shit set up already. But it couldn't be your only floodgate or negate on board
I'm not sure I follow... the text says "you cannot summon on the zones the arrows point to", but doesn't that apply to the opponent to? if they summon a monster on the zone it points, it's destroyed and get burn. Not exactly a big deal but that means the opponent can only use '2 monster zones on their side' by NOT using the indicated zones. Also if your playing this card, it's pretty much saying ... "you don't necessarily need to play any other Link monsters" just need other big monsters except Link monsters ... but an extra 'Flash charge Dragon' copy just in-case one gets destroyed. But I agree that the opponent can use the zones for them to link summon and there are cards with destruction proof or do things when destroyed. But that's basically trap on it's own if you ask me, you deliberately offered zones for them to link summon but they REKT anyway and this monster is basically meant for monsters that SUPPOSE to be destroyed to do things like Rokket monsters. That's good enough for me
Why do I feel like their is gonna be a possible shein spy troll thing with this? Send it to your opponents side now u have 3 zones to make use of also possible to send it to the middle of their monster zone now they cant access the extra monster zone?
you could still give the controll to your opponent, if he can only put it into the middle monster zone he has to remove it before he can summon anything from the extra deck (so dont target it with effects) and well ... don'T thin kthere are so many decks that still use tribute summon... but in the end there still are better cards out there xS
It's not all bad. Your opponent will be in for a nasty surprise if they try to play crystal wing in a zone this points to. Anything that can give an out to that op shit gets a thumbs up in my book.
Well, not to be Contradicting but I've been fucking around with a Mini Draw Power and Fang Of Critias Engine....to no one's Surprises, it actually can make the Badass Critias Fusions work. With Tyrant Burst lo and behold and to the Surprises of no one....be the Worst Critias Monster Ultility-wise
While you CAN extra link with this card, it also points to an opponent's middle zone if attempting to do so, so the opponent still wouldn't be completely shut down from it.
So no matter what the situation you can't place monsters in zones this this cars points to ? P.S. this is a reference to the old text for " mask of restrict "
You can't summon in those zones PERIOD. Your opponent gets ONE monster they summon in those zones destroyed EACH TURN. Not exactly an even playing field.
Dexxus Wait. Honestly, the premise might be simple, but I’m confused. You cannot place Monsters in the zones it points to. Okay. Got that. So, it points to three of your opponent’s zone, so that means your opponent can’t use those zones, right? Why is that a bad thing? I’m honestly confused. It points to your opponent’s side of the field, so it’s good that he loses 3 zones, right? Why is he saying it like you, the user, are losing 3 zones?
Would’ve been better if neither player could summon to its zones
FAXX!!
But that would be busted if it's in the extra monster zone
it would be OKAY to play this because if it was in the middle main monster zone boom no body can extra deck summon THEN this card would be OKAY
OtakuVsEroge That's true
Shadow otaku452 But if Link Summon this in a Main Monster Zone, you already have a Link Monster with a bottom left/right arrow, and probably the other one as well.
you can extra link pretty easily with it if you find a way to negate its effects (forbidden chalice, impermanence, etc) at least. im tempted to try it out
If you play a deck that runs skill drain, that would work too. Though this is a pretty shit version of topologic bomber dragon
What are you doing here swagkage? Im subbed to you
Since it's in brackets it probably isn't classed as an effect, so can't be negated. Like how quick-draw synchron can only be used for specific synchros, even if it's effects are negated.
It is a condition, not an effect, you just can't negate it.
You can't, how do you place a monster in the second Extra Zone ? Or you'd have to do an extra link , then reduce it by link summoning it, I don't see the point really.
Ojama King > Flash Charge :v
Yea I can't argue that
Gabriel Leonardo isn't it obvious?
Even my brother chimeratech overload dragon can do more than this shit
Mokey mokey>flash charger dragon
Creature swap the hell out of that thing
David Gilmore yeah, just give them free link 3 so they can go into link 4, sure
It's certainly... UNIQUE.
like .. mentally disabled ?
Hey that card could work in a lair of darkness exdeck (if you're playing a lot of dragons) due to the fact that you can tribute your opponent's monster (possibly the one you're about to negate) and negate the monster's effect)
This card only works if you have a ojama Knight blocking the zones this card doesn’t points to.
Frank West it only prevents the owner of the card from putting monsters where it points.
but this card doesnt point down so how are you summoning this and ojama knight this needs dragons ojama knight needs ojamas and even if you do all the hoops and herds call it olimpics what do you get? *uh uh uh Nothing thats right*
Guess I'm building drag-ohjamas.😆
Matthew Stephens the first monster your opponent summons into its zones blows up. And not too many decks can summon multiple times a turn if their engine starter blows up. Preventing your opponent from keeping a monster on field.

Watch this be an Ultra Rare in the TCG
Joseph Stardust I would cry
at least its better than scrambled egg
Hello from the future. It's not an Ultra... its a Secret Rare :P
If you summon this into that middle MMZ and you occupy the other EMZ, they only have 1 zone still and you can at least temporarily keep that zone clear with the destruction effect.
If it said NOBODY could special summon to zones it points to, it would be broken as hell.
no it would be good card it would force you to deal with it kinda like topologic monsters but ONLY THEN it would be OKAY not so much of good monster
I mean it'd make it playable. A link 3 monster with all arrows pointing up that restricts you but not the opponent? What is the point of this card
If it said nobody could special summon from the extra deck to the zones it points to, I think it'd be pretty balanced. That way it doesn't lock out either player's hand/deck plays, you still can't extra link with it, and it makes a half-decent floodgate.

_You might as well just summon Ojama King_
use econ take and you alleviate the problem technically
You could... uh... nah, I got nothing, this thing is garbage
IF THEY JUST..... REMOVE... THAT ONCE..... PER.... TURN.......
Lmao he was like this card doesn't deserve the quick clip he just looked at the camera
That pause for the QUICKIE...LOL
I can only think of 1 situation this is useful.
When your opponent don't know what he/she doing.
That last meme sums it up quite nicely, why indeed.
If its name was amorphage, it could be pretty good
I thought at first it was your opponent cannot summon monsters this card points to lol...woul dbe better.
I first misread that the opponent was the one that couldn't summon and was super hype. Then I reread and now I am disappointed. This had such nice art and now it's just....I don't even know. Pointless is to lenient a word.
You could use ground collapse to get rid of two of the zones it's points to
Flash Charge Dragon + Lair of Darkness + Ground Collapse.
#Whatsthequestion
Can Skill Drain negate the "you cannot place monsters this card points to"?
It can not because that is a condition not a effect
Goliath013 I hate Yugioh
Juan Cena congrats
It still negates
I try to always refresh till i get a ad, I got you bro XD
It was just 5 seconds after I first saw its link arrow (without reading eff), I thought extra link with 2 Borreload and Flash Charge.
I was glad and extremely disappointed at the same time afterwards.
If I found a way to force it to my opponent's middle Main Monster Zone, however....
I wished it could be able to kill all monsters its pointing to upon triggering instead of just ONE of the monsters.
That moment ...u start enlisting cards in your deck.... to give to your opponent during the duel....
Summon something like link spider, then go into this below link spider, then use / get rid of link spider and special in the other extra monster zone. I would only use it if I had to battle a Whiny Pendulum Player that Cries over the new Link Rules
Flash charge dragon was made for the Lair of Darkness structure deck.
Maybe if you place it in a zone pointing to your opponent’s main monster zone, and you take up the other one, it becomes a walking bottomless that inflicts damage on extra summon, but that would be way to much work for the only good application of this card.

Flash Charge is basically a boneless Topologic Bomber.

Run evac device instead.
synergy with lair of darkness tho
>be Flash Charge Dragon
>give your opponent 4 Extra Monster Zones
i think i get it link summon something with an arrow in the bottom corner, put tihs in the center main momster zone. then any time your opponent tries to summon out the extra deck the monster is destroyed and the get burned
Can you review the rest of the dragon support from collectors pack 2018.
I like how Revolver pimped this dragon out.
You know things are bad when he skips the quicky
Jontron’s clip from the flex tape commercial video
if thaht "(You cannot place monsters in the zones this card points to)" doesn't exist, this car probably would be banned
Even today, this card would be really good without that restriction
One of these and ground collapse. This is basically ojama king for links
Maybe you place it below your opponits extra monster zones and pop it, if you dont want to play knightmare
Ick. Would be nice if the second effect read something like this:
"If your opponent Summons a monster(s) to a zone(s) this card points to: You can destroy that monster(s), and if you do, inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each of those destroyed monsters."
But alas, it only destroys 1 monster at a time, and only once per turn. Therefore it's ass.
If you can negate its effect you can make a really easy extra link can’t you?
It's a condition, not an effect, you can't negate it.
Since it's in brackets it's probably an inherent effect that can't be negated, like how summoned skull is always an archfiend. Though I could be wrong.
You're right.
but you have to use something to negate it and it might be one of those cards even if you negate it it still aplies because its a condition ?
So could you just forbidden chalice it?
if you negate its effects you could use both extra deck zones
Am I the only one who thinks that if you get it in the middle Main Monster Zone, you can disrupt opoonents Extra plays by destroying the first/ any other essential monster summoned from the extra deck. Being a link 3 is brutal but it's not going to be useless
No, that's not how Extra Linking works, not yet at least. Konami has stated you can only Extra Link by making the "U" shape.
If your opponent summons a boss monster to one of the arrows you can't even kaiju XD
I hope the you cannot place monsters is applied to both players, and the one in the vid is a mistranslation
You can't extra link with this card. You need 5 co-linked monsters in a U shape for an extra link
Konami
You still haven't convince me to play link monsters hon.
How to fix the card:
1)Take away all effects but the first
2) Make it so that neither player can place monsters in its zones
It would still be hot garbage, but it would have a reason to exist at least
It wouldn't be too bad if you had it,in a main monster zone and had your link shit set up already. But it couldn't be your only floodgate or negate on board
Only use i see for this is link jumping into Firewall or Topologic. Can see Revolver using this in anime for some reason
Great video.
I'm not sure I follow... the text says "you cannot summon on the zones the arrows point to", but doesn't that apply to the opponent to? if they summon a monster on the zone it points, it's destroyed and get burn. Holy shit, reading isn't one of your skills huh.
Turbo Ojama Knight + dis new drake boi confirmed.
I feel like someone is going to use skilldrain to make this a 3 monster extra link.
Why do I feel like their is gonna be a possible shein spy troll thing with this?
Send it to your opponents side now u have 3 zones to make use of also possible to send it to the middle of their monster zone now they cant access the extra monster zone?
flash charge dragon walked, so Firewall dragon retrain can fly.
...I like it's design. That's pretty much all I can say about it.
Wing and things specials today
I missed you for some reason even though you upload regularly
This type of easy access Extra Link could only work if the atk point was zero
It might of been okay if it said "neither" player can place cards on zones this card points to. Then just remove that second effect.
If you could tribute "a monster this card points to as if you controlled it" to negate anything it would be a little better
you could still give the controll to your opponent, if he can only put it into the middle monster zone he has to remove it before he can summon anything from the extra deck (so dont target it with effects) and well ... don'T thin kthere are so many decks that still use tribute summon...
but in the end there still are better cards out there xS
wait i think thats a translation error becuase i think its ment to lock out those zones not let them be used.
It's not all bad. Your opponent will be in for a nasty surprise if they try to play crystal wing in a zone this points to. Anything that can give an out to that op shit gets a thumbs up in my book.
This card literally throws the game. lmao
Lair of Darkness :3
Pyro of Toram You're wasting time with it in THAT?? "C'mon son, get outta here with that Bullshit!!"
R Guillaume Im just putting the Trashes to the Trashcan 😂
Well, not to be Contradicting but I've been fucking around with a Mini Draw Power and Fang Of Critias Engine....to no one's Surprises, it actually can make the Badass Critias Fusions work. With Tyrant Burst lo and behold and to the Surprises of no one....be the Worst Critias Monster Ultility-wise
#OneTradeIn5Targets
Flash Dragon + Ground Collapse GG
Topologic Gumblar Dragon? Now if they use 3 of their 5 main monster zones they lose 2 cards from hand? Not good, but it's at least something.
If only the effect wasn't once per turn.
I dont think you can extra link with diagonal arrows
This is of those effects that just reads "I am a shit anime card"
While you CAN extra link with this card, it also points to an opponent's middle zone if attempting to do so, so the opponent still wouldn't be completely shut down from it.
So no matter what the situation you can't place monsters in zones this this cars points to ?
P.S. this is a reference to the old text for " mask of restrict "
Hmmmm possible Lair of Darkness tech......maybe......
If this card is a link spell just like Armatos legio Plumbum Trident then it’s good.
This doesn’t look like the Red-Eyes link monster...
Ground collapse OP
Maybe this is meant to be used with Lair
Uhh... doesn't this card prevent anyone from summoning monsters in those zones it points too?
I know that this deals with defense position, and levels, but could you combo it with give and take? Then extra link that way?
This + Ground Collapse...
>_>
Still not that great in retrospect, but that combo helps to control the board a little better than by itself.
Not worth the “quickie!”
Just negate its effects and YOU ARE READY FOR EXTRA LINK !!! IS IT TOO DIFFICULT TO DO IT ?
Creature Swap is nice. I think. >_
but your opponent gets to chose which zone it goes to on top of that this needs dragons
Great Value Topologic cards
Am I the only person who this the first effect is a mistranslation
