That's true, the people who does train for self motivation will keep on training long after people who train for attention messed up their bodies, cool to know there's people out there with interesting opinions, keep it up
I would agree, I just wanted to know what he meant. It definitely seems different. I do think that "olden day" parkour still happens a lot but is overshadowed by the now very flashy parkour.
On friendly challenges between the people who trained together at that time, not just movement or just conditioning or acrobatics but a mixture or all those things at least that's the impression I got from the founders I've meet and talked to

i love olden days parkour. now its mostly based on ur flow, style and speed.
