If it's for street I have no reason to take anything except my phone now I feel like. They will always be on social media and with all the compression and whatnot I feel confident with mobile now. Plus LR mobile is pretty powerful. Although LR Classic has had some great updates lately, being able to mask with grain is wonderful. I'm derailing..
See I'm the opposite can't get on with LR mobile, I can see the appeal for sure especially with people not having a laptop or computer handy but yeah more versatile with classic I feel.
This is going to keep me from getting another iPhone or the next pixel. I want to wait for the next Sony Xperia. This might have sealed it for me. Such beautiful shot. Definitely cannot get those in an iPhone. I don’t really care to much on videography. But photography, I enjoy it. 🍻
The beauty of the Xperia phones is that it gives much more control over the final output but also a much better software and UI that blows the competition out of the water when it comes to photography, did I even mention the half press shutter button ? 😅
Thanks really appreciate 🙏 and yes to everyone's surprise they didn't... My guess they still working out some bits and pieces and they'll probably end up announcing it in may
True, I happen to have one of those Bluetooth remotes, just never use it 😅 it would definitely have been easier to capture the exact moment I wanted as opposed to taking about 20 shots just to get what I wanted haha. Will have to remember to pack it next time out just in case 👍
I have the magnet glued to my cheap case as I didn't think the sticky tape would do the job, I guess I was right 😅. Otherwise when the mount itself is stuck on the main magnet it won't budge, the magnets themselves are strong.
I made another video about all the accessories I use and on that video I believe I showed the case with magnet glued on (I think anyway ) thanks again for the subscribe, if you're into mobile photography in general, you're in the right place 😉
I will continue spamming your hashtag whether you like it or not! And I will also be deeply offended if I'm not featured every time ( jk ;) ) Great video as always!
Sounds like I need a restraining order against you 🤣 keep them coming mate ! As you know I genuinely love photography and really couldn't care less what camera/phone they were taken with, the purpose of this feature is to inspire one another and you're doing a great job at that ☺️👍
Great video. I have a question though. When I'm shooting in the foreground with some light, but behind is dark, it uses the flash even though it has light in front and I focus on front and have the flash set to off. Not sure why it does this
Hey thank you 😊 now for the issue you're having I'm not too sure tbh. If you're certain flash is turned off then it shouldn't fire it when shooting. Are you sure it's not switched to AUTO or FILL ? Otherwise if the issue persists then the only thing I would say is try to reset your phone to factory and if that fails it may be a hardware issue ?
@@UpsideLens I think I figured it out maybe. It doesn't do it in manual mode. It does it in program auto so maybe it's just trying to lighten the picture to see better after it takes it. I guess the AI is trying to produce a better photo on its own? What digital zoom settings do you use? And is dro auto or HDR auto better? Thanks
@@UpsideLens ya it's not the flash actually now that I checked it out. It's just making the dark picture crazy bright. Must be software issue. Certain dark pictures it make crazy bright like the lights are on when infact they're off
Hi. I have a question. I'm thinking about these two phones: Sony Xperia 5 V or 1 IV. What do you think which one is better? I read about 5V and this have a S-cinetone
It all depends on your use case, if you value video and scinetone more then 5V but if you value photography more and all the extra focal lengths you get with it then the 1IV really entirely down to how you'll use your phone bud 👍
5V has 3 focal lengths and and mainly the same sensor as the 1V so yes it is good for photography but it depends on what type of photography you're after, for example you don't get a variable zoom lens with it, so if you value 85mm shots then it's not for you but if all you use is 24mm (and by extension48mm) and ultra wide then that's fine. For me I couldn't live with it due to the lack of optical zoom but everyone will have different priorities when it comes to photography.
@mohammadhafizalwi4464 wish granted, go watch my very first video I published in December, I go through every single setting in the manual mode in photo pro app 👌
Besides, I also have a video all about composition, a video all about how to use manual mode when shooting low light with best settings and a video all about getting the most out of the telephoto lens in manual mode. As a bonus I also have a video showing the advantage of shooting in manual Vs shooting in auto... Just go to my video history, plenty of good stuff that should allow you to make full use of your 5V 👍
As one of my previous videos proved even when printed and enlarged in a professional photo book people didn't know it was taken with a phone ! Camera phone power 🤜
Im curious, how many of you have made the switch to just going out with your phone instead of the "whole setup" ?

Honestly man just come across your channel and there some of the best street phone photography that I’ve seen for a long time

You're welcome, that's why I make these videos 😊👍
A nice video. How can I use nd filters?
Thank you 😊 simply use a filter holder ( either watch my video about accessories or the actual link filter holder is linked in the description)
In dynamic scenes, the Bluetooth button is better than the 3-second timer.

How do you get your powrig magnetic filter holder to stick? Mine just falls once i add the nd filter.

I still can’t believe that marquees failed to take a proper shot with the I V
I guess they didn't want to play favourites and used the functionalities just like "average Joe" would.

Sorry, the owls, eagles and falcons all had a day off that day, a seagull had to do 😂

Might be a combination of YT compression and the fact the seagull got a few feathers poking out on one side, otherwise nice and crisp my end 😅
