What I Learned From Competing on MasterChef

I was on MasterChef ten years ago. Looking back, the experience of watching myself on TV really did something to me... it helped me see myself, and led me down the path to knowing, loving and understanding myself better. I'm embarrassed to think about that experience, but ultimately grateful for the opportunity. Although I didn't win the money, I won a taste of confidence, along with valuable skills and much-needed insight. Still... kinda' wish I had won the money instead.
