The slack pull + the quad flex did the trick for me, I had major problems with "squatting my deadlift" cause I set my hips way too low, but this helped a TON! Thanks Dawnson :)

Any idea why my front hips, both sides r super tight and kinda feel uncomfortable/ hurt when I do sumo some days. And I hear clicking, I stretch and do mobility and it still does it. Any idea why ?
Tip #1: sumo was a mistake in the rules powerlifting failed to correct. No one outside of powerlifting is impressed by it. Strong man took over strength sports when it banned the sumo.
