Dumping a beg of corn in a field is a lot different than a combined corn field. One is indeed baiting and the other is a farming practice. Growing and producing crops wether they are harvested or not is legal to hunt over in the state of NY. It is highly beneficial to the local wildlife including deer, turkey and song birds.

Same thing as the combine “spilling” it. Its all nonsense. If you have land whats the difference. Food is food. Its just NYS controlling everything
