I know I’m late but you saying you could slap someone and then said don’t do that made me laugh so hard love your videos and thanks for reviewing these, I was in the process of making my own out of foam go check out black magic craft for that (it’s not me btw) I am just a fan this will save me the hassle I love these thank you.

Perfect, glad these are coming out soon. I'll prob use regular clips for some permanent builds like set sized rooms and corridors and a tavern, but for assembly at the table these are essential, I was showing off tiles to friends and it wasn't a great look to be struggling with the clips lol
I am so happy about the E-Z Clips. The regular warlock clips hurt my hands so much and i still can't figure out how to correctly lock them to the tiles.
The good thing about the EZ Clips would be that tiles will be able to be clipped on multiple sides perhaps? This would make the overall structure sturdier.
Seems much better I'd buy a bag or two of ez if they are as durable

I just got the dungeon 2 set (full height walls) and it came with EZ clips instead of original. This was in the description when I ordered it but the box had a sticker on the front that said “now includes EZ clips”
I bought a few sets last night. My finger and thumb are sore from putting lay outs together. Why didn't Wizkids pack the easy clips in with main sets? Didn't they test these and see how much peoples fingers hurt after?
So is the bag that the sell on the WizKids site the EZ clips or the normal clips?

Love that idea, I'll probably adopt the same gameplan.
I mean a tool that makes it easier to put them in and pull them out would have been nice.
so are they going to let us trade in the pain clips bags for bags of the EZ clips? I HATE the original clips. Fingers always hurt afterwards.
No plans for clip trades as far as I am aware.
its $5 for a pack of 100 and besides, the original clips are still good for stability, maybe use those to connect your walls

Why don't you use two of the EZ clips on every side? Would make it much more stable.
The finger saving easy clips fix the worst part about the Wizard Lock system.
Love the easy clips idea. My question is how do you just get more tiles, especially 4x4 tiles, by themselves without having to buy a whole new kit?
Hmm, no possible way that I know off at the moment unless someone breaks up their sets and is selling individual components. Maybe they'll do floor packs in the future.
if i use 2 EZ-clips (except where I want inside walls/doors obviously) is it pretty stable?
Honestly these were the only four EZ clips they sent me to test, so I'm not sure how two EZ clips per tile on a larger build would hold up stability wise. I can only guess, but I'd say it would probably sag the bigger the build, but if you use both hands you could probably carry a build around.
@@RickKoeppen I'm not going to put a whole dungeon together in one interconnected piece because I want to simulate fog of war. I build rooms and hallways separately. Still, tile set 2 has bigger walls and those are heavier. I may use the original clips on just the walls in that case. The angles and curves expansions are half-height though so I think the high walls are so you can stack the shorter walls on top, so if they go up a staircase you can just lay it on top. A lot of buildings in the real world were constructed with stone walls on the first floor and wood on the second, so that's another thought. Generally though I only use these tiles for exploration and combat so I wouldn't actually build an inn or tavern, but maybe a haunted manor or something.
