No im not your guy and im not that guy. Stop dreaming you man fan
Just go to the mountains
Science and numbers don’t lie. Taking training to a new level. Caleb Plant will be undisputed champion in a few years! Let’s go!
Mikey Bernabe Science can't help that chin boy
Science and numbers don't guarantee he'll be a champion. That's not what Boxing is about. Uzcategui and Callum Smith are two current super middleweight champions I'd pick to beat Plant. Science and numbers don't mean anything when the first bell goes.
This didnt age well

How did your predictions go?

Well Plant beat Uzcategui, he never fought Smith.
I wasn't sold on Plant but he's a good fighter. Uzcategui is really his biggest win though - Plant still doesn't have any big names on his record.
He's supposed to be fighting Canelo so we'll see how much of a fight he gives him.
its better to rest at high altitude and train at lower altitude from what i hear.
chris carter more oxygen equal more red blood cells. Better recovery and tissue repair
actually you will gain more blood cell at resting at higher altitudes because of the lack of oxygen that's how the body acclimates and then when you train at lower altitudes you will have to more air to train harder.
That's correct. live in high altitude, train and fight in low altitude.
hypoxia triggers the kidneys to release EPO which stimulates rbc production
makes no sense to recover in a place that doesn't allow your body to
Victor Conte & me Caleb Plant ❤🏳️🌈 I love the SNAC PEDs they give me 💉
