I think they'll definitely release more characters for the break archetype after HMC gets shifted to remembrance. I mean they did it before for FuA archetypes, ratio and topaz being the only FuA character from 1.x. Now, we get feixiao, robin, march, and moze in 2.x. They're going to have to make a 4-star character that can enable superbreak though, if no-gacha break teams are to survive and well idk, theres a chance they'll only make limited 5-stars that can do that, but here's hoping lol
@@lekn8220 I think yoire 100% right! Even if it's a weaker superbreak, I would love a 4 star that can do it. Superbreak is so strong, so I think it'll be okay! Also yeah, I dont think break is gonna survive no pulls haha.
While I am excited for the new upcoming units and Rememberance TB, I can't help but also feel somewhat pessimistic in anticipation of even more characters being pushed out of "being usable" tier. My problem with the meta shifts in HSR is just how much they are starting to tailor the content for just one or two specific characters to be good by combining enemy line-ups, buff line-ups and elemental weaknesses (not to mention the HP pool bloat) to the point where it feels like each gamemode has a giant glowing sign that says "you can only use X or Y character here for a clear, everyone else can stand aside". I miss the days when I'd clear each side of MoC with like 8 or 9 different teams, both 4 and 5-star centred and none of them would feel bad to play, even if the clear time varies by like 3-4 cycles. Nowadays, if they want you to play a break team in the specific endgame mode - you are gonna feel like crap for using anything else, and might not even get a 3-star clear, which makes it even more soul-crushing. I really hope they can use this new region to "clear the slate", so to speak, and bring back more units into the spotlight than the amount that gets pushed out each patch.
Ahhh I definitely feel you. It seems like the buffs are specifically for that specific archetype ONLY and it's beginning to become harder and harder to clear if you're not using the meta teams. The pure fiction I feel like is a decent example. They tried to make the buffs work on non DOT characters, but the HP bloat made it very hard to even use Argenti! Wild honestly. It's kinda play the meta or die lol. It would be great if the new region fixed that up! Though honestly with a new path, I feel like a heck ton of characters are gonna be flooding in...
Welcome back! I'm still trying to clear floor 11 on my standard + Robin account (the wait for Sunday is almost over and I have a non-0 chance of e6ing him, I'm so excited), so the fact that you cleared 12 at all on no gacha is still impressive to me! Plus, it gives me ideas for my own challenge account which I love to see! I keep seeing people say we'll lose HMC once we switch to Remembrance, but it's not like they're going away! You can always switch back and forth, and they updated the QoL a while back specifically so you don't have to switch your relics/lcs manually, making it even easier. As long as you don't run a break team and a Remembrance team at the same time, you're only gaining a character.

Though honestly, it all depends on the endgame mode.
The cute critter is honestly a sell, but it makes the decision of who to pull so hard, sunday is peak, but fugue is also valuable if you'll run rmc, tough choices!

I dont understand the way of this path, in SU the gameplay is to freeze and then DOT damage with disasociation but in character gameplay it makes characters have playable/countable summons? Do we still get to Disasociate enemies with their special break effect depending on the characters element?
I feel like maybe that's just the name of the path they chose. Like maybe it has nothing to do with freezing and dot damage. Sim universe remembrance may just have no relation at all to the path. To be fair, theres like, 3 destruction characters that specialize in losing HP, but the whole SU path is based around it.
I just realized this in there splash art I think remembrance mcs weapon is a freaking uh writing quill lol so how is that gonna work like for our basic atk our we gonna use it like a shiv lol 😅
