I have already build an impression that Mustafa doesnt like Western food wether its really good or not. He likes only what it was in his circle, but this is new, he likes the eggnog. Impressive
Nope. Not new. He did enjoy Lasagna and loves it. And one of the Mexican food too. Also a very few others. He loves something that he can associate with his tribe's delicacies and fresh home made.
What I've gathered with Mustafa is he hates processed food, he seems more willing to try food if he can identify the raw ingredients that are used to make it.
He prefers food that is homemade because he will know how it was made and the quality of ingredients used, a lot of elders in Pakistan are like this, they rarely enjoy fast food from Burger King, McDonald's etc. My grandpa's mentality when it comes to food is exactly like Mustafa's 😂
@@TheMMOCafe exactly what I was going to say about my grandfather! His parents only grew, hunted and foraged for food. Only thing I remember them buying was flour, coffee and sometimes sugar.

I think a lot of his complaints are linked to the preparation, and not the actual dish.
he's annoying and won't try anything new. he'll jus eat a tiny bit of bread on a dish and say he doesn't like it. he would barely try food in pakistani cities, so it's not even a cultural issue it's jus he's old and doesn't like change lol. i think he's actually convinced his village invented bread.
@@ryanx9379 they did though.. like last year I think.. I've heard they making harder bread called toast in 2023..
I love that comment! What I understand a lot is that chocolate is not consumed there, or it's prepared differently. If it were used more like a traditional coffee drink, it might taste better to them. And yes, America Europe and the west eat far too much sugar. It's in everything we eat! We are addicted to it.

The way Mustafa speaks about things is such a mood. It's so inspiring how much effort he puts into being inoffensive when calling something a disgusting piece of trash. The world would be a much more peaceful place if we all ripped on each other the way that Mustafa rips on all the dishes he gets fed on this channel.

What Mustafa said about medicines is true.

Agree! Wise observation!
Yes it's true ! I am agree with him on that
No malaria in the west, so I guess our over consumption of eggnog killed it 🤡

Mustafa bragging about how city folk wouldn't be able to handle his village's homemade butter cracked me up 😂
Americans, is that a challenge? Give me ur butter we will deep fry it and put it on our morning breakfast.

I was thinking that too. Except for fried chicken, make rice and gravy. We make homemade deer gravy and use fresh ingredients. Mustafa would eat it, I promise!

Only thing I remember them buying was flour, coffee and sometimes sugar.
i have a litany of things memorized that he praised and liked, including but not limited to *deep breath * lasagna, one flavour of gelato, orange juice in the american breakfast, the CONCEPT of pizza (but he said his country's people didn't prepare it as it was intended to be), kidney beans (irish breakfast), some mexican food.

I just love all of you!!!! It was a surprise how many didn't like mashed potatoes. They are very easy to make: boil the potato until you can pierce it easily. Drain the water, take the potato and mash it. Then add enough milk to make them smooth. Then serve with ghee (butter), salt, pepper, or spices to your liking. Mashed potatoes are my favorite.
You need some Gravy on that mash, my friends. Mash is a side dish eaten with meat and other vegetables roasted.
i dont think they would like it with gravy 🤔

@@Figs-and-olives Mashed potato is not a Christmas dish. Irish people and English people eat it like Pakistani people eat rice. It's part of a meal and it needs to be seasoned with salt and pepper. Eating a plate of mashed potato on its own is like eating boiled rice on its own.

"This is good because it is homemade." Exactly! I love how Mustafa rejects the factory food of the West.
Hate to breaking to you but India and Pakistan have lots of factory goods. Also horrible cooking oils and questionable flour. Lived there for a spell.
Not everything homemade is good. Some people don't know to cook or can't cook a certain thing so store bought would taste better than what they've made. Some people can take a simple recipe, mess it up and make it taste horrible.
