@TSKCryptid-rz2sw to be honest, they do make a Greek Mythology reference in this movie. When Puss escapes from Jack's with the map and turns around to see Death, he (Death) puts gold coins in his eyes. In Greek Mythology, deceased people were buried with gold coins (usually in their mouth) in order to pay the fee to Charon the ferryman who crosses the river Styx.

Puss called himself "The Fearless Hero", but with his last, he faced Death again now he felt something that he hadn't for a long time, "Fear", Fear of Death, death has always been there in Puss' death if you watch at the corner at the numbers of Puss' death, you can see Death. When they're going through Puss's deaths at the doctor, each number is on a card. There's a wolf with scythes in all four corners of each card. When Goldie is in the cabin in the forest, she looks at a book of fairytales, the one mentioned above it, trying to figure out her wish. It's possible to read the book, and thus you can read downward the first letter of every line. I'll leave this to you to find out what it says. :) Have a nice day!

Fun Fact: Jack Horner is an in universe stand in for Disney, he’s meant to represent taking all the magical stories and just magic in general, all for himself and no one else, and in doing so he kills what makes those things magical in the first place, JUST LIKE DISNEY, KILLING THE MAGIC!!! To Jack Horner, Excalibur is just some sword stuck in a stone, but there’s MAGIC tied to it somehow, but disregarding what makes it special in the first place
To elaborate on the milk thing. Pretty much all mammals (including humans) become lactose intolerant when they become adults. Humans are a bit strange as there are some who don’t actually become lactose intolerant because of a rare gene I think. Humans when they become adult have different levels of lactose intolerance. Milk is necessary for mammals when they are young but not so much when they grow up. So yes it’s bad to give adult cats milk.

imagine growing up not hearing basic european nursery rhymes and not understanding aaaany of the references in this movie xD didnt even get mary poppins' bag or goldilocks
I think it’s an age thing. Younger generations don’t really know them anymore.
@@mmkay3296 Depends on whether families are telling them these fairytales which are cultural.
@@climbingamountain86 not really. They were always things we learned in primary school here in the states when I was young. They dont really teach/sing them anymore
@@mmkay3296 Guess the culture's in the states is fading away. In our country there are still fairytales being told to children, but more through parents and grandparents than schools.
@@mmkay3296 Im sixteen and i know all of the references from the nursery rhymes, because those are the most basic and common stories that everyone knows?? But maybe thats because im from Europe? Everyone my age knows goldilocks, the little cookies from alise in wonderland, the golden hand, mary poppins bag and so on. Do younger people from the states really not know these?
There are a few callbacks you would have recognized had you watched the first Puss in Boots film first:
- The "OOoooh..." cat at Mama Luna's
- The gravity-defying tapdance Kitty and Puss did to retrieve the map
But that's it. The first film is an "origin story" and doesn't connect to this one at all (beyond the appearance of Kitty Softpaws).
Why else just wanted to watch some of the movie but all you saw was his face cam popping up every 0.01 seconds
A little Spanish translation: perrito is just a way we say little dog while chiquito is the informal way of saying tiny
If u don’t know the 3 bears & the girl:
- they are from a fairy tale
- the girl’s name is “Goldilocks”
- there is: baby, mama, and papa
If u don’t know kitty softpaws:
Watch the first one
Watch the accident at Santa CoLoMa
Perrito means puppy
This is, was and forever will be one of the greatest animated movies in history whoever wrote it was 🔥🔥🔥✍️ and the voice actors 🗣️🔥🔥🔥
I just watched it a couple of weeks ago and have been on a reaction binge since. So this is just perfect timing. 👌🏽
This isn't "fact" its just a fan theory
(mostly just bc everyone hates Disney these days)
You can see Death in the cards that count Puss' deaths. In each corner of each of them there's a stylised wolf. This was left out of the trailer.
The reason all of them heard and saw death at the end was because all of them could die at any moment on that star
Hello dadd-, i mean death. Yes, death my good sir.
Bro i watched it in theatres that whistle lkterally gives you fucking gooseplbumps i still remember it to this day
How fast is Death? No one can outrun death, death will always wait for you at the end of your life.
good detail is that you can see dead standing amongs the people when puss is fighting giant at the start right before puss died proving that he watched puss this entire time ( you can see him standing at 7:07 in the top left when watching the movie ) and there are a lot more hiden things showing that he was watching through out the film
Cats love milk. And Puss had 8 EMPTY glasses beside him and was drinking from the 9 just before he sees Reaper.
Also, whe Goldie was holding that book. Look closer. The first letters of every line: "Already have it."
We still wait for The Last Jedi
Trust me, you really don’t want to watch that movie or its successor.
I mean it's trash
@@Z-fighter126 yeah ik, but I just wanna see him go "ooooooooh" when Luke dies
Cats love milk but it can clog their digestive system and make them really sick. If you get super young kittens that can't eat cat food yet you have to get special formula for them since cows milk will kill them.
Goated movie right here, glad you’re finally reacting to it
The characters in that movie is base on all the famous kids story
Like Goldi and little jack
Fun fact one of the writers was a fan of one piece so that why they had wanted posters win the intedos the characters just like in the first episode
8:19 fun fact the cat that went "ooohhhh" was in the other movies and did that same thing so that was a fun lil reference
24:15 Good Perrito.
"I can't even loooiiiieeeee"
Don bro when are you ever gonna lie?
Did you know that when he first encountered death wasn’t the first look closely and pause it at the right and you will see a wolf like death
Dream works said "Kids flim, yeah kids flim"
We’re those to clapping had me dying 😂😂
take a shot everytime this guy says oh in this video
funny fact there is an uncut version of the dog swearing, it got sensord 13 diffrent times with 5 before it even released
38:47 so wholesome
This movie was so nostalgic yet so modern complete with a unapologetic hilarious villain and a horrifying force of nature that haunts hids dreams
That OOOOOo cat was in the background of the film with the beans
Bell:hits the building
Him:good dodge,good dodge
let's go, his mic is recording 😭🙏🏼
Looooool
I’ve never been more excited to be early thanks for making me happy don
This is one of the movies that was not what I expected it to be. Some of the movies include,(which I would also like you to react to) are: Real City Heroes: Sergeant Cooper, My Little Pony 2017 Movie, A Lullaby For a Princess/The Moon Rises. I really want you to react to Sergeant Cooper, my sister loves these series. This is a kid series, but I don't mean like little, I mean like 10 or 12 years old.
When the wanted poster is up there is 8 marks
1. How has he not seen this yet?
2. HOLY CRAP HES WATCHING IT NOW
3. AND I GET TO WATCH IT TOO
Me: “I really do need to work on my sleep schedule”
Also me: *Finds a new puss in boots reaction from a black man with an accent at 3 AM* 😎🍿
The horses carrying Jack’s cottage are actually the unicorns he removed the horns from.
Fun Fact, that one scene against the giant with the bell is a refenrence to the anime Attack on Titan
"if the enemy was made by humanity, then how was the good guy made? Through the same pain as the enemy? You decide"
Fun Fact - During the giant fight scene , you can spot death in the corner of the crowd
14:35 SO IS HIS HEAD 😂
death being the scariest villain in pixar history really is something
The girl with the bears that she knows she's family died so then she knows that she's family is the best😊😊
Arent you guys noticed that at the end when puss and kitty n perro/perrito when they on the boat then puss said that they gonna start new adventure and meet his olds friends and the island that they want to go is far far away and we know that shrek live in that island that could be shrekk 5 coming and guess what the ceo confim it that shrek 5 coming in 2025 but we dont know the date release
Leeches were used amongst other (to modern medical standards) outdated practices as a method of balancing the “humors” which consisted of yellow bile (illnesses that caused jaundice and also vomiting), black bile (cancer and depression ), phlegm (sinuses, STDs, sweating, etc.) , and blood (fevers and hyperactivity)
It was used as a method of “balancing “ these humors to treat ailments. These were used as early as Ancient Greek and Roman physicians until the 19th century. Blood letting was also used as methods to break fevers and help someone recover from various illnesses where fever would prove fatal.
Today we use medications derived of chemicals found in medicinal alternatives that help increase the immune system response.
I could go on but this comment is long enough already 😅
Honestly, the part where Puss is fighting on that carriage would have been much better for the last few seconds of the movie, after all u never outrun death right? him staying all normal enjoying his life and seeing death after a hot while, u know its time to go for good
The black cat was just jealous of the dog that got the best place ever😂😂😂😂😂
Bro that whistle gives me chills every time...
I think Kitty was introduced in the first film, in case you were wondering.
I BEEN WAITING FOR THIS SINCE THE SHREK REACTION!
Idk if a lot of people just dont notice it or if they dont care to point out. But the poker scene he had 5 aces. Which is why they were pissed. A deck of cards only has 4
