  • This is my DIY Simulator Rig built recently. I simply love ETS2 & FS17, so why not making something unique i thought. Target was to set up something i can spend many hours in the seat and feeling comfy all the way, reach buttons and switches in perfect distance.
    Leave a comment for ideas, suggestions and feedback! Cheers

      Yeah - surely lots of updates came across - just an update video to the changes remains. Actually planned shortly. In some other streamed content you can have some rough idea in the meantime.

      Hi,

    Übrigens wunderschönes Cockpit werde ich definitiv als Vorlage und Inspiration nutzen👍

      1 reicht - zudem kannst du dir so oder so eigene Dashboards erstellen, wofür keine Pro-Version anfällt.

    How did you make the small joystick and button box?

    • @diekutscher2139
      @diekutscher2139  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi,
      the push buttons as well as the joystick switches you can buy on many platforms for few bugs. Things left are a joystick controller board, which is about 5 bugs and eventually wiring and connecting the switches.
      All the modelling and design i did on my own just to use plywood or similar walls from furnitures, drilling some holes into it, placing the buttons and fit this to the rig. The finish is car wrapping foil. The switch for the lever is made of an aluminum profile bar and adjusted to fit onto the Wheelbase with two screws. So all in all pretty much custom.
      You can check out some steps of doing this in my other making off video here for my second cockpit i built.
      Cheers :-)

      Who makes the switch panel?

    • @diekutscher2139
      @diekutscher2139  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Chase Young the Panel is from Logitech and is legacy from Saitek. Logitech has acquired Saitek three years ago. It is called Farm Sim side panel.

      张志贤ALVIN TEO Hi, the Seat of course is used but in perfect condition. You can buy these at scrapyards dealing with cars to be scrapped starting 25 Euro up to 60 maybe - so quite cheap
