The parchment paper is so smart! When my family makes latkes (a small potato pancake with egg and onion as well that we make for hannukah) they always fall apart 🥲
@@nounta1016 i more wonder on the pakage it mostly here says max 220 degrees. so if you put it in oven you know what temperature you exactly have at max. but in a pan even with measuring it can go beyond if frying right? won't it start burn then (my oven 3 times caught on fire inside because of parchment paper...still traumatized)
