This first call of the year will be a roundtable discussion with WEoB members (no guest speaker) facilitated by Co-Leads Susan Sweeney and Ann Masse. We want to start the year with getting to know our current and new members and sharing updates on our board work and journeys. It would be great to have an open discussion on how EMMI can be more impactful in advancing your board journey. We also plan to discuss succession planning for the EMMI co-leads for 2025 and beyond.
