A little tip for cleaning the flux (if that’s ok) Using a ESD safe brush and “clean room wipes” along with isopropyl or flux cleaner Works really well, the wipes don’t leave any lint or fluff and absorb flux very well Soak a wipe in some cleaner then place it over the area you want to clean and then lightly brush the wipe like you are brushing whatever is under it The flux with soak up into the wipe

lol I tried to do the demon dual nand setup many many years ago and I remember just giving up after struggling for many hours. Its nice to see that even someone as experienced as yourself can have a hard time.
I've never installed the DemoN, But I've been told that thing is a pain! I do have a couple systems with it. Installed, USB flasher on there hardly ever worked right. Super disappointing since it was supposed to be a premium feature and make updating easier, but I just had to update both sides the normal ways.
My XBOX 360 "days" in 2024 are starting to get expensive 🙂The original idea was to dig out my beloved 360, play some games, watch if the other consoles of the collection are fine, but then I watched a lot XBOX 360 videos on this channel. Besides ordering a few glitch chips, doing an RGH3 (just for fun) and other modding utils I didn't have, the last purchase was an HALO 4 special edition 360 🙂. The currently hard to find Viper 2 (in Europe) is in my basement since a few years, just the corona adapter ist missing. So hopefully, in a few weeks, I'm able to reproduce your idea. Thanks for making me broke and sharing this idea! 🙂
Do you want to know how to hide all of the scratches? :) Turtle Wax Ice. It's incredible. Wipe it on, let it haze and wipe it off with a microfiber cloth. 90% of the scratches will disappear!
The solder not flowing well at 47:40 is because of high thermal mass in the pcb, the solution is to simply heat the pad a little longer with the soldering iron.
So glad I looked at your video, I was flashing a aliexpress knockoff ltu2 board for my 16d4s from my rgh3 Corona console and had no idea about the hidden menu and needing the c-r and keys bin files! I though the Chinese board killed my laser at first, but once I figured this out from watching you and how to install a switch to re unlock the flash now everything works great!
Glad this helped! I still have everything for a tutorial recorded, I eventually just need to work through all the footage to get it edited into a proper tutorial. The process really isn't hard if you know how to flash a drive, but the lack of documentation makes it difficult.

Nice work! Small thing but something ive learned over the years is you dont actually need to outro in jf at all. Just switching the power off will take it out of vendor mode too. @ 52:32 you get an error in JungleFlasher that says Key Verification Failed Additional extracts not completed. There's no glitchless RGH.
Would you have done an RGH 1.2 install with this if the PLL point was good? (since rgh3 /dual nand isnt an option)
Nope, would have done RGH3 since this is a Corona.

Is it necessary to rebuild the clean nand instead of writing the nand that was dumped and updated manually?
Either way works, neither option is incorrect, I just preferred to build a new NAND.
