The Moncage actually consists of deep and complex lores. The concept of the game is actually fascinating, and understanding them is engaging and entertaining at the same time.
My personal opinion: the intro song is the embodiment of everything that’s great about this channel, I agree with the comments that it just give us a warm feeling. Nostalgic-tastic. But I wouldnt mind to see a different montage :)

Also, I feel like the song should definitely be kept BUT, maybe, update it. Have Ryder reimagine the song and give it a fresh coat of paint. 30:30 as a kid who loved garbage trucks, I remember being fascinated by like how the garbage was thrown in and then like the Monster in the back of the truck would eat some of it and stuff. I liked mechanisms like that. Same thing with the Bowling alley replacement pins thing

Man, as someone who is really good at these visual puzzle games, this was almost painful to watch at some parts, but so so cathartic when they finally figured it out lol

house of da vinci was so glitchy for me though and the hitboxes were funky, The Room games were all really smooth in comparison (idea wise house of da vinci was nice tho, I've yet to play the second of that)

Its called The Room from Fireproof Games, and its a bit of like an escape game. the first game game is very short in my opinon and the games get progressively longer throughout the series and its even got a VR side story. the first game is free, but you will have to pay about $5-$7 for the next instalment, but it is so worth it for the incredible experience. There are so far four games in total, i think the fourth being a prequel, Its very well made and has cutscenes that look like they belong in movies. Its one of my favoire games becuase Im like you, i like to use my brain to solve situtions. this isnt a sponsor or anything Its just a just a shoutout to a wonderful game that came make you think a little bit. its available for mobile and PC on steam and its elements feel a lot like a horror game becuase the atmosphere is so spooky. The developers are still working on more games i hope, but im very curious if there could be a theory as to what the cult in the game is up to?
I have to say, this game's matching machanics reminds me of the game superliminal (a game I've recently played and saw you once played). Also it's also the same kind of idea of "perspective is reality" which I love.

I was looking for this comment. I was just sat here growling in frustration that he can perform the same interaction again, by using the lever while it wasn't synced, then making the wheel spin again in the same direction. But because he took so long, he found the LORE which I appreciate. And when he finally got it, after having Mirror Matt hold off on telling him, it was such a relief and so much better about the dopamine of him solving the key he was missing.

There is a game called ,,Tick Tock a tale for two" it's a very hard puzzle game, a little bit similar to this. It's a 2 player game but actually you can play it yourself It's short but really hard so it may took some time it took me 223 minutes(don't ask how I know it). It has A LOT of lore! I really suggest this game to you it's amazing!!! It's very cheap on steam. Bye! Maybe you will make a theory on it?

I like it the song, it’s a form of nostalgia that, no matter how much the channel grows and advances, you still get to see and feel where it all started just from the song. Just like Science Blaster, that song is iconic for this channel and the nostalgia it has for Game Theory.

I love the theme song and vid but the intro should be updated to have mirror matt
I like it the song, it’s a form of nostalgia that, no matter how much the channel grows and advances, you still get to see and feel where it all started just from the song. Just like Science Blaster, that song is iconic for this channel and the nostalgia it has for Game Theory.
I would love to see MatPat play The Room 1 - 4 games, not only is it a great puzzle game but there is also a hidden story to it too. If you love this game, then you will love The Room.

I think you should keep the core of the intro song, but maybe do few production changes to highlight the evolution of the channel. Also, I would love a new montage that includes Mirror Matt, since he's a big part of GTLive right now
I used to only catch some GT live streams/videos, only for games I was interested in. But now, I watch EVERY video on this channel, for Mirror Matt. He is such a vibe, and honestly, I wish I could be his friend.

I like the current intro song, but the video part of it needs updating. I'd be hilarious if for mirror mat it's just a picture of a mirror and maybe the music goes silent for a second, then the music and intro continues😂😂 that'd be AWESOME!!
