But the fact that society has started to ''accept'' them, very often discourage them to lose weight and deceive them into thinking they're perfect as they are. Even though deep down they know they're not. Not every single person has the perfect mindset, some just need a little push.

Yo guys, I used to be 132kg now down to 118kg at 6'1 and gained noticable muscle. (Still on the way) If any of you are out there who are fat and want to lose your weight my main tips are that 80-90% of your weight is going to be controlled by your diet. Though, cardio can help a lot. Don't follow any over sophisticated diet plans and shit, I just ate whatever my mom made but I ate as less as possible without starving of course and cut out all junk food like soda and switched it out for diet versions (black pepsi is the best in my opinion). If you are looking to lose weight I'd say you should start as soon as possible, my biggest mistake was starting late because of dumb excuses I was making in my head. *Disclaimer* controversial opinion ahead: My main motivation was dudes like andrew tate, Jordan Peterson, David goggins and people like them. If you need motivation, you have all the motivation you need on the internet, don't waste your time, put that chocolate bar down and sign a gym membership for a month and go there and only do cardio for the first month and see how it works out for you.
