In storm 4 the ninja tool im pretty sure is base minato grab. He would throw it and because it couldn't be blocked he would smack them with it. I was expecting that, but maybe thats too op
Any boost on that low cd would be OP tbh. Just give it a longer stun duration if you hit an enemy with it. Yh it doesnt track and it doesnt do dmg, but you can aim it manually or use it in combos to land it. Really gives you some interesting possibilities for example wirh edo minato cast character you gan do a light heavy cancel into the rasengan with r2+triangle, throw the kunai, do another light heavy into a 2nd rasengan. The problem is most generic combos it is useful in can also just be connected with a l2 dash forward lol. So how I really see people take use of it rn is mainly like malo did with the other flying raijin and another movement ability in like a flag battle or along side moves like flying thrust for the defenses. So you can throw the kunai to teleport in and throw the second kunai to teleport in with a chidori essentially juat giving gap closers a bigger range allowing for crossmap surprise attacks. Or just for utility to position yourself better to land a charge atk. I would like it to have a longer hitstun if you hit an enemy that would really add a lot to it wirhout making it like super broken
This video is good evidence for hazan strike not needing a nerf, you bullied that hazan strike user. The jutsu has been out for years, people know how to doge it, there are so many counters to hazan strike and it locks you in the animation for a long time, you can't cancel it anymore, good players always gonna punish you, especially in coordinated team👀 ... but devs be like: OP!😮💨 nah it's trash, it's an old trick🤷♂️😅 it wasn't scary anymore years ago. Really don't get why they nerfed it

@@MaloUchiha you right, I had to switch teleportation jutsu to tornado high, but other than that, flying raijin, the raijin kunai, and tornado high with time space hop goes crazy, I just bodied some high levels earlier with it I’m tryna find good non copyright music for the clips so I can edit them
@@MaloUchiha sometimes a good offense can be the best defense. And sometimes you can use a build offensively and defensively that’s how I try to balance most of my classes

ninja tool should have 2 charges if it doesn't deal damage on hit tbh. it's a balanced combo extender, but extra charges on basic kunai just feel better.

It most likely has to do with the Japanese player base, global players tend to be a passenger on games developed from China, Japan, and so on
