Check out the wind sock! That pilot is skilled, it was a very nice approach and landing for the conditions. Upwind wing low and touchdown on the upwind gear leg first. Nice job. I just watched the rest of the video and it looks like the pilot was Eric Zipkin, the CEO of Tradewind Aviation. Nice job Eric!
@Visibilityunlimitedmedia that is correct you are on point that was Eric Zipkin on that arrival and it had a strong crosswind blowing that day.
Channel terbaik ❤❤❤❤❤
What a beautiful airport! Great video!
@Mattiashaenni Thank you very much for your comment.
Lovely video....that was some tight parking...question why don't they finally pave the runway ?
@SKBenergy I know they had plans to pave the runway a few years ago but I'm not sure how soon that will happen. I see they doing work over there in Nevis. That is great man.
Gotta love the terminal 😅
Amazing footage!!
Glad you enjoyed it
No crosswind correction on either takeoff, 10:54 and 15:28 you can see the right wing getting lifted. That's a stiff crosswind!
Pilatus PC12?
Thanks
Very nice place to visit
You are welcome to visit.
Congrats to this new flight congrats 🤔👏👍
Yes, thank you
Nice landing. I will try it on MSFS with the Tradewind livery of SimWprs Studio :)
Sounds great!
Awesome !!!!!
They should expand that small airport there is enough land space
@bryanmarcellin there is plans to but not sure how soon.
The parking is a bit tight with insufficient marshaller number or skills or both
Thank you for your comment @cardoncarl
Job well done!!! Great Video.
Thank you!
Where is this airport??
@Tonylam9548 The Airport is located in Virgin Gorda, one of the island that make up the British Virgin Islands.
Nice. What area. Is this. Sir..
This island is call Virgin Gorda ,which is part of the British Virgin islands. Air travel is about 129 Miles from Puerto Rico.
Very nice, keep i up you have an avid viewer here. Just out of curiosity What's the runway length?
The runaway length is 945 meters or 3100 feet. Thank you for your comment really appreciate it.
Way to close for comfort. Hope after this inaugural flight, the Marshallers will improve.
Yes I hope he will improve as the airline will be coming more frequently.
They need to pave that runway...
What type of aircraft?
The aircraft type is the Pilatus PC12
I heard Tradewind is a nice company to fly for
Give it a try brother.
Parked too close..needs more separation for safety
No it was not! Nose wheel Isn't line properly.
Yes that was the pilot mistake and he should know when his nosewheel is straight. Appreciate you leaving your comment.
Did you see the strong crosswind?
The Marshall was giving the pilot specific instructions to park the aircraft but he was not following them. Hence the aircraft bring parked the way it was..
All these years there is only so much the Inertial Separator can do, engine wear and tear on that aircraft on that dirt runway is awful. Would they ever fully tar this runway and built the proper retaining wall !!!
Worst marshalling I have ever seen. Lol
@Mizzy why did you say that.
I agree
@krystalviewaviation3245 first rule of marshalling is never walk backwards. He wasn't quite sure what he was doing left one second then right then left again and there were times when the aircraft was leading him instead of he leading the aircraft. And worst of all he made up some of his own signals.
The pilot could have done a better job. he should have better measured his right wing tip to the objects and should have started the 180° turn to park when he was told to by the marshaller.
I really appreciate you leaving your comment, I have to watch the video again to see.
what? there was suppose to be a wing walker on that end of the wing which there was not.
I think he parked that way with the arrival of the second aircraft in mind and that cape Air was moving before his Departure.
Are you talking the Marshaller behind the wing lol…..
