  • Sometimes we can get stuck in patterns that no longer serve us-whether in our personal lives, our relationships, or just in how we relate to the world.
Often, the root of this frustration comes down to how we see and understand things. When we lack insight, it's easy to get caught up in cycles of worry, defensiveness, or confusion.
In this talk, Oren Jay Sofer explores how insight-whether it’s personal insight about your emotions, relational insight about the dynamics between people, or a deeper understanding of life itself-can offer real relief. Through shared stories and examples, Oren looks at how insight allows us to step back from automatic reactions and old conditioning, so we can approach life with more clarity and ease.

Mindful thoughtful teachings - Thank you Oren! Dealing our conditioned aspect that we have to work with, through, transform and heal is so important and you have done so well with that. There are many teachers that only seem to stress the mind... the mind by itself is incomplete work - mind-heart... yin-yang.... and then getting to the middle way as we heal and transform. The most challenging I find for myself is accepting my conditioned self... I kinda judge it and resist acknowledging its presence within me a lot of the time, specially when it is so intense at times... I judge it and sometimes even hate it - YIKES eh??? BUT work in progress!! So thank you!! 🙏🌺
