✪ Steps To Send Email for Your Business Email from Gmail Account
Open Gmail Account
Click on Settings Tab
Click on Account & Import
Go to Send Mail as Section and then Click on Add Another Email Address
Now Type Your Business Name & Business Email Address
Uncheck Treat As An Alias
Click on Next
Now In SMTP Server tab : Type smtp.gmail.com
In Port tab: Select 587
in Username Tab : Type Your Gmail Address
in Password Tab : We Need add App Password, so first we need to create app password
So go to here : myaccount.goog...
Click on Security tab
Now We Need to Enable 2-step verification to Create App Password
So click on 2-Step Verification
Now Add you Phone Number and Verify it
Once your phone verified, just turn on 2-step verification
Now Go back and then click on App Passwords
Now select mail as app and select other(custom name) as Device
Now Type Your Custom Name and Click on Generate
Now We Have App Password so go back to Gmail and paste the app password in smtp server details page
Click on Add Account
Now Verification code send to your business email, just copy and paste on verify page and done.

Great video!!! Is it possible to send an email THROUGH my gmail account from my work address and when they reply it goes to my work email and NOT my gmail inbox at all? I am trying to send emails for school to my parents but do not want to open my work email sometimes and want to use my gmail address book. So in short, create an email in gmail with a return address of my work, then when they reply it goes to my school and NOT my gmail. thanks!!
Yes of course!
simply remove account from Check mail from other accounts
follow these steps:
- go to Gmail
- settings
- account & import
- head over to Check mail from other accounts
- remove the account

Will only the emails that I SENT using gmail using my school address get replied from the parents to my school address? I do not want all my incoming gmail (like from my mom) going to my school email address. fingers crossed on your response. Thanks again!

Can we remove " via gmail" keywords in the sent mail from business mail?
to remove via Gmail, you need to have paid google G suite.
as I think Gmail is the top most trusted email website, & it's good signal when you are on business. client feels More trust & safety while they see via Gmail.
#via Gmail only shows on desktop device, it's not show in mobile device.

Hey Justin, that must be really frustrating. Perhaps someone could read you the instructions which are written on the video itself? Just as a quick summary:
From Gmail, go to "all settings" > Accounts and Import > Click "add another email address" under Send mail as > Name is your business name > email address is your business email@yourdomain.com > Turn off "treat as alias" > Next Step > for SMTP Server type "smtp.gmail.com" > Port 587 > Username is your full gmail address that you are using (name@gmail.com).
Then you have to put in an app password. To do this, you must go to Security and turn on 2-step verification. Under 2-step verification you can now click App password. Select "Mail" as the app and Other (custom name) for the device. Next you can type in anything here, like "send password to whatever@whatever.com". I don't think it matters. Then click generate and it will give you a generated app password.
Copy and paste the app password into the password section from earlier. > Add Account > Receive verification email. After verifying, it should work.
