These caravans as we call them in the UK were British made in the Cotswolds and were originally launched in 2015. They are made to resemble 1950s style and are quite expensive compared to lots of other caravans.
This is beautiful and well thought out. Radiant heat, great idea. I like the cassette toilet, avoids all the black tank rigamarole and saves that space, too. I must have missed the electric system part, battery and such. Outside grab handles for maneuvering, brilliant! Would add an exterior hard cover for the front glass during travel to avoid breakage and pitting. Anyone wanting solar, just use the folding panels, easier anyway for perfect placement and can park in the shade while panels are left in full sun. Quality throughout and an instant “classic”. Well done.
The closet door and storage door under the teeny closet should open the other way. Have to reach around the doors to access. This is a adorable little camper for 2 small minimalistic people and short trips. Unless I missed it, it looks like no ability to add solar, that’s is a deal breaker, you have to rely on shore power so boon-docking isn’t an option.
Seriously if you cant get past whatever it is long enough to realize that you could use a 3500w inverter generator to boondock by just charging when you need to. Come on. Solar is a virtue signal.
@@kathyadams3366 if you are pulling this then you have a vehicle. A genny to power this whole trailer would fit in the trunk or cargo area of any vehicle capable of pulling this. Generators are not that big or heavy anymore. If you are hauling with a truck, it would fit in the bed and easily be locked down not to slide around. Nice but I think my Tab400 is more functional with the real commode and shower, queen size bed that stays a bed and lower cost. For 40k plus, I'd look at an Oliver camper. Thanks for your review!
Escape travel trailers are nice in that price range as well. I'm interested in a fiberglass camper but I see absolutely zero reason to go look at one of these. There's better value from a bunch of different manufacturers
You have to really like rv camping to buy this trailer. The cost of the trailer and campground nights, one could travel and stay in decent hotels for a solid year, or 5 weeks a year for 10 years. I converted a cargo Trailer to a toy hauler for $3500 total. I don't feel bad if I only use it 10 nights a year.
Not a good idea..if this is meant for off the grid camping then the battery will be lucky to last the night...also the fridge should be propane or three way powered.
I have mine already reserved at my dealer. They told me today they are only getting ONE, but they have it promised to me...we will see! I'm a long time customer with them. I guess I'm going to have to add solar and a TV!

Super cute. However, the cabinet right next to the door, the doors most definitely should open up from the other side. Makes you wonder why anyone would have ok’d that.
I really like the layout of the Barefoot. Looks roomy and a lot of storage. Not very much counter top space tho. The only question I would have is can this be hooked up to sewers at camp sites or is it only the 5 gallon holding tank. Last but not least is the price. To me for something that small it way to high at mid 40s MSRP. Now I know once it hits the showroom’s and has been out and a lot of people like me will not like the price and they don’t sell quickly that maybe the price will come down a bit. You know as well as I do when something new hits the market that it tends to be higher price than if you wait a year or two the price does come down a little bit. So will see what happens. I will say that Nucamp does make some spacious campers. I also forgot to mention that there was one you showed that I wish I had on my Tag cl is the outside 110 outlet. Thank you Mandy for this your.
