Yes they sure do. You will need a motorcycle license. And some provinces require some extra training on top of your motorcycle license because it's three wheel.

@@09tahoeppv That's a pretty good price point for a new machine. I'm looking at getting one myself. Only add on I want right off is the wind shield. Everything else I can add on later. A little at a time as the budget allows. :)
