This has been my "Go To" Covid workout, as I am 68 , some adaptations have been made. The Bossie foot work have helped keep my ankle with the tib/fib fracture more flexible and less problematic.
This is great, I liked the addition of the roller, behind the back especially and in front while seated on the chair. Thank you for the content!
