really don’t understand why there is so much hate on this video. “my four stroke is better” “no my two stroke would whip yours”. Not being biased what so ever, i ride a kawi 450 (quad) and i don’t hate on the 2 strokes, i’ll never be able to wrap my head around why people can’t get along. we all obviously enjoy the same thing.
We lived on the Sandy/Draper border up on the sand bar. I remember sitting on our roof with binoculars watching the widowmaker hill climbs every year. That being said, when you stand and pee there is a 12' splash radius. So every time you pee, you cover the floor, cabinet, tub in piss particles. You ever have friends over? They cover your bathroom in piss particles. So now you are walking around in your piss and your friends/families piss. I, for one, enjoy my piss free floor and other bathroom amenities. I can walk around the house knowing that I am not an animal covered in my own and other waste products. Besides.... morning wood is a bitch and sit pee is a god send.
I live in a house with 3 girls, I don't wanna be the only one to clean the toilet so I pee sitting down for selfish reasons when in the house but, most of the time i piss off the deck. However I will pee whereever and whenever I want out side.
A better challenge would be to get a stopwatch and race down it. The 250 could use a few more teeth on the rear sprocket. I kept thinking any time now but turns out that's all you had. My last bike was a 92 CR500. I should have never sold it. I would put it in my living room all restored. No paddle needed there. 62 horsepower and 244 pounds wet. Stock engine and gearing. Dunlop 752 with 12 pounds' of air for sand. What do the big YZ's weigh wet?
I remember going up that when it was so new it still had freshly cut little tree trunks sticking out of the sand. Back then it was a much harder hill to climb.
get a honda not a kawasaki tires are bigger and mutch easier to climb and I have one honda my brother has a honda and I use to have a crf 70 lol respond if u think so my friend has a kawasaki and engines on honda way morw smooth
Dirtbike-_ _-Vids he's riding a kx500. Nothing is faster or more powerful. Thing does 105mph. Makes a 450 fourstroke feel like a girls bike dude. I use to ride a 99 kx500
See a lot of people saying a 4 stroke would have made it up the hill better then a 2 smoke. Not true when your 4 stroke needs to be reshimmed all the time and it runs like shit because it won't hold true!!!
4 strokes are a lot easier to ride for most and which one is "faster" is mostly the rider. Obviously they run 250's against 450's in motocross so they must be pretty close, even though the 2 stroke gives up a couple hundred cc's. When your boys drop you should try out a 500 2 stroke, they are fun (if you have the skill to ride them). Until then, you better stick with your little 250 4 stroke, it's better for beginners.
Rex Houseo 4 strokes bite better in lose ground cause they have more tourk than RMP.. get a 2 stroke to bite the ground aint no 4 stroke gonna catch it, i ride a kx 500 and a ktm 380, ik the horse power!!
Rex Houseo What kind of races have you been too? They do NOT run 250's against 450's because 450's have a MUCH greater amount of power! I have ridden 250's and i have ridden 450's and trust me they are not "pretty close". A 2-stroke can make a lot more power than a 4-stroke but you have to wait until you hit the powerband. People like 4-stokes because they are easier to ride and are much smoother. :)
I have not ridden a 250 before but have ridden smaller 125's and lower so i figured theyre wasnt much of a difference. Besides 250's being faster and bigger
J gear the bike correctly and run a paddle or other sand tire and it’s just fine. Almost all I ride is very soft sand and there is a lot of rolling resistance which will bog you down unless you either go up several teeth on the rear or down one up front if you can.

You must not have ridden a 250 2 stroke before... A 250 2 stroke makes about 30ft lbs of torque while a 250f makes 18ft lbs
