The chocolate covered cherries is what attracted me and got me to watch my very first video of this company. And I am seeing the evolution of their old process that is so cool. Thank you for showing that.
You do know how much your videos mean to me. I have chronic pain and just watching and being relaxed helps ease my pain for awhile. Every member of the video is so kind and full of fun to watch. So thank you Craig., Julia, Terry and Steve! Nice video those candy bars are so yummy looking!! Love cherries 🍒 Love everyone else in the shop too!
Here's my idea (might be less labor intensive?): Make an oreo (chopped up) bark. Make a bark with chopped up cherries. Then layer that with a vanilla ganache. THat would be yummy! Another one: Do a chopped up bark with malted milk balls and potato chips. Or butterfinger candy bars, and potato chips. Layer with a peanut butter ganache or just peanut butter. Oh man... I wish I could just come and play!
If you’re going to make the chocolate bars permanent, then get rice paper and a small printer with edible ink and print pictures on the rice paper to put on the chocolate bars. You could even list personalized bars, for extra $, and put people’s kids on a bar, a wedding anniversary, the baby shower of, and so on. ❤
You remember when Max say in the basement doing potato chips by hand and he said it didn't mind it was good meditation time he just didn't like doing raisins in the candy molds and pretzels
You guys, no flippin wayyyss 😱 a homemade/handmade chocolate covered cherry, chocolate covered oreo, truffle, giant chocolate bar??! I love you guys SO much 😍🤤. This one might be the best.. I'm trying to think if adding some chocolate covered potato chips in there would be necessary 🤔, but I'm kinda not sure it would pair well with the cherries. Maybe throw some chopped up cherry hard candy in there. We need a peanut butter, fluff, caramel, chocolate covered potato chip, and oreo bar!! Julia 👀
OMG, THAT LOOKS ABOLUTELY DELICIOUS ❤❤❤ I am swiss and work for Lindt&Sprüngli - but they never put soooo much love in the chocolate like all of you do to yourse. It must be heaven to taste this chocolate composition. 😮🎉❤
You asked for other ideas for flavors... I'm missing Chunky candy bars, with peanuts and raisins in chocolate. I also think you might try dried cherries instead of chocolate covered cherries (much less work) and maybe pecans in a bar together, and then there's craisins and maybe almonds. I am also missing maple Bun candy bars. Could you do a maple cream for your boxed candy? If you got molds that made a 2-3 oz bar, you could make them available more often. You wouldn't need to paint those, maybe. If I get a Christmas gift card, I'll be ordering a box of creams for myself. I always enjoy your videos! Thanks.
Cherries, raisins, rum and almonds would be a wonderful Christmas flavor for the giant bar! Or a Christmas "fruit cake" in chocolate form, with dried plums, apricots, pears, cherries, orange peel and raisins. 🥮
What about pouring the truffle mixture on a cookie sheet very thin with the paper you use in the boards, then you would be able to cut to shape to put in the mold?
I feel like Hercules needs to have a PR list, and those list of people have a decent following in the socials, to test the candy that gets sent out to them in their social media and provide all the links to buy on their videos. And I'll go first 🙋♀️
You know what that Tumblr you could make a really good s'mores marshmallow have the marshmallow and enrobed in chocolate both dark and regular and then you have it tumble in crushed graham cracker crust, total win
I think if you had the shell cooled first, you could just pour the warm ganache in and get an even layer, then cool it, then finish filling. You could also re-warm the ganache to pour in.
1) Chocolate cover potato chips or really loaded pototo chip bark, caramel and ganache. 2) Fall Favorites Assorted Chocolates, pretzel bark or chocolate cover mini pretzels and ganache. 3) A layer of chunky almond bark, layer of roasted coconut and ganache. I could go on and on let me know I will come up with more ideas.
I've never liked Oreos but all the rest I love. I'd be game to try one if instead of chocolate covered oreos you made that top layer chocolate covered peanut butter or a peanut butter cream, butter cream or coconut cream. The possibilities are endless. I'd love to see you guys make your own version of my favorite candy bar of all time, one I've missed since it vanished in the 90s from what I hear because the Mars Co and family weren't fans of peanut butter. It was called PB Max and they were AMAZING. I've been so tempted to try to create my own, but I'd love to see you guys bring it back. It might even get you more customers and more attention as for years those of us that love them have been petitioning and everything online for them to bring back PB Max. It was something like a whole grain cookie bottom, peanut butter filling with whole grain cookie round lil ball shaped crumbles on top covered in chocolate.
Mass produce please! I need some for me and my wife! And our son would absolutely love it to haha🤌🏽 Been watching you guys along time and love the history behind your guys shop will definitely be ordering soon!👀
Craig!! ask Steve if he would try covering the cherries in coconut before he covers it in chocolate…… 1. it’ll taste great 2. It could keep the cherry juice in better. Thanks 😋
🥰Kia ora Hercules Candy. The "cherries in chocolate" thumbnail looks verbotenly (I made that word up) delicious. Decadent, luxurious, Yum-A-Dee!! Kind regards from New Zealand.🎊
You should do a mix of apples and cranberries with caramel. You could make the apples and cranberries into a bark with white choc, break them up into the bar, with caramel ganache.
Wow, that was over the top! How about individual ones - one dipped Oreo with a bit of ganache to stick the chocolate covered cherry on top, then run them through the enrober.
Hear me out, besides Very Cherry, you could also try flavors like Very Apple, very Pineapple and Very Lime. The Apple flavor would come out stronger as a gooey center. DD changed up the jelly donuts a while back with other flavors like Pineapple. Or you could try a small batch of Very Big Apple similar to Very Cherry, but with Apple flavored centers.
Mint and Carmel and cookie crumbles (or peanut butter)and coconut or toasted coconut this combo I think because it has a lot of people's favorites in it.
Okay. Just finished the very last piece of our chocolate bar. Those cherries and well the entire thing was great. We need more. I sent you what we wanted. Let's do this!!
I think that is a very reasonable price considering the labour and ingredients going into them. I’d be interested to know how quickly they sell. If I wasn’t in Australia I would definitely order one. I would also love to try your ribbon candy, I don’t know anywhere here who makes it. Love your channel.
Omg i bet coffee cream with pumpkin pie cream would taste like a pumpkin latte then add some golden grahams and with some caramel and pecans. 😋 Oh Oreos too
Have you ever tried putting the cherries on the chocolate conveyor belt once they have the powdered sugar coating on them? If it worked it might save you some time in getting the chocolate coating on them.
I can’t eat it bc of the gluten from the Oreos but if I could I’d definitely buy one. $40 for that is a good deal with all the ganache & cherries in it.
Oh Oh got another one for you, you do a peanut butter cup with an oreo on each side covered in chocolate why not substitute the peanutbutter cup with a couple of chocolate cover cherries and call it "wild cherry blast" I told you I could think of a bunch more ideas.

Marshmeiiow creme would go nice w/ the choc covered cherries & choc covered oreos encased in chocolate. For cold times of the year.

I do remember that 😂
For autumn, maybe, white chocolate with maple flavour and spice for the ganache?
That sounds great!
@@HerculesCandy Terry's not the only genius! LOL
Maple and walnut with marble dark/milk choc. My grandpa used to have those around in holidays. He lived in Toledo Oh.
Chocolate covered cherries are my absolute all time favorite candy!
have you considered a scale placed underneath the spout of the chocolate melter? no back and forth to get exact measurements.
Forgot to mention Scott in my last comment. He’s so fun to watch! He gets so excited trying the chocolate!!
And Ezra! 😂

Need a turtle bar! Carmel, pecans, and pretzels for crunch. Yum!
Came here to say this minus the pretzels. Maybe like a Chex mix?

Scott was DROOLING over these bars i love that🤣
Maple ganache truffle, chocolate covered pecan brittle, some chocolate covered golden Oreos. Autumn stuffed bar.
So much work! They look amazing though 🎉
I love Scott’s reaction 😂
Priceless 😂
I would buy and eat and then buy and eat, one made with dark chocolate covered espresso beans and hazelnuts! YUMMY!
I forgot. Maybe some mini marshmallows in it too!
Cherries, raisins, rum and almonds would be a wonderful Christmas flavor for the giant bar! Or a Christmas "fruit cake" in chocolate form, with dried plums, apricots, pears, cherries, orange peel and raisins. 🥮
Have you guys considered making the viral Dubai pistachio kunafa chocolate bars? Im sure they would be a big hit
I’m so so excited, I just ordered one of these bars!!
I know you'll love it!
What about pouring the truffle mixture on a cookie sheet very thin with the paper you use in the boards, then you would be able to cut to shape to put in the mold?
I love it, “Julia thinks you need to do a jar and a half today”
Haha I’m the boss now😂
Peanut butter cups & potato chips. A dark chocolate fruit & nut: candied ginger & cranberries with almonds.

I’m a huge fan of all the candy making! It must smell amazing every day where you work!
It’s almost like summertime - fun experimentation and loads of new candy
For now...Busy season starts soon though!

it would also help to make sure there is a proper seal inside the bar so no mold/ bacteria will grow depending on its shelf life :)
It might melt the chocolate shell tho, no?
@@harpo2304 Not if the shell is cooled, and the ganache isn't overly hot.

I eat very few sweets but enjoy the videos. Our grandfather used to buy vanilla creme drops during the holiday season in the 1960s. Old people candy..
Ohhh my goodness!! That chocolate cherry oreo bar looks amazing!!❤❤❤❤
Next time should paint a Crayon box!! Lol Julia is amazingly awesome at everything she does!!! You kicka** Julia you deserve a raise!! Lol
I'm surprised you guys have not tried making the very popular Dubai bar: Pistachio cream & Kataifi covered in milk chocolate. yum!
You should do something with pretzels and peanut butter in the chocolate blocks
I love the queen anne chocolate covered cherries, but they are hard to find.
From just south of Utica New York. Never heard of your company. Ut love your videos
I just love to watch the candy making.
Amazing 🤩 looks so good!
Do you think it would be possible to mix golden grams and mini marshmallows in the ganache when it’s still kind of warm ?
When Scott said group hug after he tried the bar I lost it laughing 🤣
you guys should totally do one with marshmallow, graham cracker and cherries also what about a pretzel and caramel combo?
That looks SO good❤
2:30 Quick question, where did you get that tumbler/roller from? or better said, where can I get one?
We bought it 2nd hand from a retired candy maker. You might try eBay and it's called a candy panner.
@@HerculesCandy ahw, ok. could you tell me the brand and model number that is on the blue plate there? That would also help in searching. :)

It's not fair I'll never get to buy one if only you shipped your delicious treats to Australia
It'd be cool if you guys made “fossil” chocolate bars
Omg I want to try this soooo bad!! Looks amazing!
Fall chocolate bar, caramel, chips, peanut butter, dried apples
Chocolate and cherries, yum. I would be so on board with that!
LOVE your creativity 🥰🤗
Happy Friday! Yummy!
Wondering if it would be easier if you kept the ganache a little warmer it would make it easier to fill the mould?
Seems like the enrober could cover the cherries like it does the Oreos. Obviously not, or you would be using it for the cherries. Yes?
Julia and Scott off camera eating the rest of it 😂😂😂

Are the cold packs required year round or just during the warmer time of year?
They are just required for when it's warm on our end or your end and the website will ask for your zip code and figure if you need them or not.
