I did 10 small apples, a T. of brn sugar and 1/4 c. water. 6 mins. manual pressure and I released it VERY slowly myself. ALL GONE! yummmmmmmy! THANK YOU!
When we made it at home we froze it in plastic bags and it kept perfect. When thawed it tasted like fresh made. Also, it kept in a good deep (chest) freezer for close to a year.

How long do you keep it in your fridge? Could you freeze it in the glass jars?
If it lasts that long, about 2 weeks in the fridge. My family gobbles it up quickly when they know I made some!
