- What an insane weekend on a new lake fishing for GIANT crappies. It took some work to find them but once we did it was game on!

That's a great day on the ice! Never seen live scope dialed like that one guy spotting telling the others where to drill and dropping down on them as well sharing the same hole. Good tactics.

Absolutely incredible Fishing!. Just remember to close the fishes mouth for an actual length… it makes a big difference on “Hogs” like that.

Hole hopping is definitely the way to get a lot of good quality fish but there are so many people that look for anglers catching fish and then move in on them, it gets really frustrating sometimes lol.

Great fish but can say not one of them was 16” besides the one at 20:00. Keep that mouth closed, gain about a full inch with the mouth open. Great fish non the less

You'll get a longer measurement on crappie if the mouth is closed when you put it on a bump board.

Biggest crappie i ever caught was a 21-5/8 inches i only had a tape measure dont judge me caught it out of a private pond but it was during the summer 😂 I couldn’t keep it :(

Why are yo guys throwing all them back? Ive seen groups of people Get on Top of em and bring home a hundred 12+ crappies......... these people are vultures roaming from lake to lake. they dont care that crappies have very sensitive spawning conditions. In any future videos......make sure to always have the camera pointing at the ice.
16.75” is not your pb. Mouth closed is the only way to measure a crappie. Maybe a 16 at best, but you’ll never know now. You didn’t do it right. Be better.
