      @@lauren_fisher yes have been using these stretches the past week and I’ve felt a huge difference in my hips. No more pain in my right hip!

    Thank you Lauren, I too suffer from all of the issues you listed, and yes from years of training, it does take a toll on the body. Coming back from shoulder surgery recently and who would’ve thought, yes hip issues have been arising as well. Anyhow, thanks again.

    another great tip video. i am sure lots of people will improve their way og life using these stretches. the shoulder ia my issue. i will try these with hope it will help.

    The shoulder stretch was nice, I really overworked them last week and was worried I might have injured myself. But I think I just need to work more on mobility this was a great series that I think I can actually do daily as my right hip gets tight on the regular, thanks!

      Yes Jordan! Those mobility exercises will definitely help. Make sure that you are doing them consistently. You'll see progress and recovery. ❤️

    Will this prevent clicking in the shoulders?

      If there is pain when the clicking occurs then I suggest you see a medical professional. It also depends on the movement of the shoulder that is causing that clicking noise.
