@@KiranKumar-rt1yt Hi ! Yep , I do actually think is very well made . You have all the necessary progressions starting from absolute begginner and they explain verry clear everthing. You get assistance on their FAQ sections on their website also . I've seen the first solid results after a couple of weeks .
You execute and demonstrate beautifully. Following your biomechanics instructions I can teach these as new and more interesting movements in my classes 😊😊😊
Notes from a ballet teacher: This is clearly a very fit demonstrator and his movements are very accurate. But he is using a lot of tension in these stretches which undermines the body's ability to stretch and relax. It will be more beneficial if you can take a gentler approach. Ease into the stretches rather than pressing or pushing into them. When you're in the position, breathe and see how much your body can relax into each position rather than seeing how far you can push your body to the limit. You'll find you progress more quickly with this approach.
51, overweight, had recent scary health issue but prior to it we'd started making sure to do reg exercises and I love how this helped show how to position our body to ensure were stretching properly to get the best out of our routines!
That downward dog twist literally took the knot out of my upper back muscles, behind my left shoulder blade. I've had that knot since Sunday morning. It was gone after one stretch circuit of these three in the order given. Great stretches! I really love them! I'm adding them to my morning and night stretch routine.
I'm a fat, low-backy 40 year old dude and I love this channel. It certainly would more useful for athletic guys, I guess, but I like it that you guys don't exclude people who suck at this. Your exercises give us the change to improve. This helped me a lot. Thank you!
This channel and StrengthSide are my two 'go to' channels for post-work out stretches and believe me these stretches reduce post-work out muscle soreness alot, that and going to the sauna afterwards.
Thanks for this. I'm always looking for a stretching regime that I can do each morning. My connective tissue seems to be aging quicker than I am so this will help a lot I think.
Exactly. These guys are in great shape and, as seen in multiple other videos, extremely flexible. I'm pretty flexible and stretch at least 2-3 times a week and am quite fit, but I cannot do many of these high level positions very well. I wonder if they don't actually realize that they would attract a bigger audience with less extreme recommendations (though they already have a large following)🤔. I'm guessing the blue-shorts dude used to be a gymnast, and is therefore very strong, relatively light, and very flexible - his ability is impressive, but very difficult for many to follow or incorporate in their workouts.
I love this video, I applaud this as the most concise and pragmatic I've found in 3 years. I love the checks and x's I love the mirrored views I love the break down of body position I love the panning I love the anatomical diagrams I love the intro...plays just like a masterclass I love the black backdrop I love the instruction altogether And I love so much more of the video! For future videos, I would love to see a graphic of the time investment noted after the graphic at 5:40, and perhaps a verbal note of encouragement along with that. Peace and Love from Cambridge/Boston MA
I have chronic tendinitis in both elbows and wrists. My flexibility has drastically decreased because of this but I also have overly flexible joints which doesn’t help. Any recommendations to fix this? I literally cannot tolerate even the easiest PT exercises and definitely cannot tolerate downward dog pose. Please help! I want my strength back! I’m 51 and a bit overweight ....am working on it:)
I would also like your thoughts on it. Can it be done along side other programs, say p90x3. Like doing it at night before bed on days when I do p90? I Don't have time to do a 25 minutes warm up or cool down.
Yes it is worth the money. You can make payments if you need to. For years I had trouble doing any overhead work when lifting weights. No more. I can do overhead squats now. The hanging work on the pull-up rig fixed the knots in my back under my shoulder blade. I had plantar fascitis and the glites, hips, and leg stretching took care of that. I can now bend and touch my toes. When I began I could only get to about five or six inches above them. You will feel much better if you do it.
Will doing this in the morning improve my flexibility or should I look to add it after workouts or maybe during the day? I feel my muscles get very stiff when I just wake up

Same experience, and that was before I saw the part about "2-4 rounds" at the end
It'll come with time... Its hard for me too; but I'm gonna stick with it, see where I get... Can only go up from here😁👍😉

I tried doing this . I caution everybody before doing these stretches make sure you empty your bowels first or the same thing might happen to you .
