Hi I just checked the rates online. Its pretty economical for a villa with private pool in Ubud.
Is there any catch or downside?
Hi, there is no catch but they do not have in-house restaurant so the food was average, overall villa is very nice but i would not recommend to take any service like message or food from them as you would find them more reasonable outside.

First of all loved the video and quality of the video. How far is this place from ubud market and cafes/restaurants? Also can we rent a 2 wheeler from this property and does it require international licence.
Thank you, This place is around 5 to 6km from Market so you can rent scooty and then explore. You can rent scooty from this place as well. Just ensure you take a video of the scooty for sure or else they will ask for damage charge if there is a scratch. And it does not require international licence to rent or ride 2 wheelers.

Actually, Ubud is located in the uplands of Bali and is known for its lush greenery, rice paddies, and cultural attractions. It is not located near the coast, which is why there are no beaches in Ubud.
